It is pretty confusing how this works because it is not from samsungs side. so from samsungs perspective, its like you have a normal warranty. I have contacted amazon about this and they said that when you need to make a warranty claim with samsung, you need to include the invoice as proof of the care+ warranty. And if samsung refuses to fix it, they will fix it themselves or refund you. Overall, you wont find anything as good as this in this price and it's a great all rounder tablet.

Really good tab for studies and media and games

Setting it up is a breeze if you own a samsung smartphone. It will transfer all your settings and apps to it and you're up and running straight away. The screen is not as good as a high end tablet but it's quite vibrant and clear. slightly on the heavy side. make sure to purchase a cover and get one with a keyboard if you intend on creating content.

It's a good product. I got it immediately, though no charger, but it's good. I'm still not used in samsung but I was having fun writing using the free s-pen, because it's so smooth, it's like I'm writing in a paper, and I am using my tablet for entertainment purpose and planning or organizing my schedule and sometimes for work. It's so useful! ❤️

I have been using Samsung gadgets and I just love them. I was using S6 Lite prior to this but my mom asked for it so I bought this for myself and its been great as expected. Superb battery life. Amazing speakers. Easy to use.
