I've changed the filter and have noticed about two trays of black/gray ice cubes have stopped using it and drinking the water.?

Probably you did not rinse the filter fully. Please rinse the filter for 3 minutes and discart all ice cubes, it should help.

Hi, do you delivery for Brazil? Thanks

Hello,no, because of customs and tax reasons, we do not sell to Brazil.

Is this a push fit system on both ends

Thank you for your message. The filer works indeed with a push fit system which is allowed from both sides of the product. Regards, Team FIYO

I can't remove my old filter

Hi, Assuming you have the DD-7098 inline water filter - 2 optionsNote - turn mains water off + have a bucket + some towels ready.1/ Cut plastic tubing vet carefully with aa sharp knife or scissors - ensure the cut has no rough edges or burrs.2/ At the end of the filter connection there are tiny protrusions - push these in a few mm - whilst pulling the water tubing out.If you have tiny circlips - you shouldn't if it is a genuine DD-7098 - remove them first.Hope this is of help, Peter
