Awesome LED for motorcycle
These are really great, but hard to get the double sided tape peeled off completely.. Bending backward slightly will make the tape cover mound up enough to get a small blade through. Perfect for accepting motorcycles with a USB power port.

Glows for a long time
Exactly as expected. Glows very brightly at first, and then dimply for a very long time. Responds well to a blacklight" This would be a good one to cut up into little ceiling stars or designs for a kids room.

Lights up my 3D printer
I use this with my 3D printer to get more light into the print area. The color is a cool white and the brightness is adjustable. The sticky backing on it holds just great against the PETG mounting I printed for it. There is no timer so you will have to turn it on or off manually or get one seperately. If you are using the P1P/P1S don't plug it into the internal USB, there isn't enough power for it there.

Awesome COB lights
These COB LEDs are great, I bought these to be more visible at night and even during the day. The lights are very cool looking too. Just be careful when it's time to peel the sticky covering off, go slow and gently, you can easily pull sticky strip right off the light strip if not paying attention. I had to buy a second strip to even the lights out on the bike frame. So far it's been a month and still staying in place, even after getting wet. Recommended

Adhesive Issue
These lights are very bright and seem to be good quality. However, the adhesive has a MAJOR flaw, so make sure you read this...When you are ready to apply the light strip to a surface and go to peel off the paper backing, make sure the adhesive is sticking to the light strip and NOT the paper you are peeling off! This is very difficult to do, because the adhesive has a stronger bond to the paper than it does to the back of the light strip, and once you peel the paper off, there is virtually no way to get the adhesive back onto the light strip. My recommendation: don't start peeling at either end of the strip. Instead, find a place along the strip where the paper-backing is buckling and sticking up. Then use the tip of a knife to cut the paper and carefully peel away the paper from that spot while making sure the adhesive is on the light strip. If you do this, you're good to go. Good luck!

Bright!
I like this light as it is very bright blue and so far has worked well. It would have been nicer if the cable was a little longer, as it has a USB connection so getting it plugged in was a bit of a challenge. Also, I would not put this in a child's room unless the actual strip is somewhat hidden. The light is extremely bright and not sure how good this would be, full force especially, for a kid. Mine is under a shelf, when the actual strip is hidden.

Great item for the price
Worked perfectly. Not sure for how long but it was under $3. It is designed for indoor use but for $3, who cares if it lasts only a month or two. I used it as underglow lights on a go kart that.never sees inclement weather or moisture. Liked it so much I may get one for my TV. The controller has so many options, it makes it hard to do anything special with it but again, for $3, who cares.

DIY Friendly
Works and powers great. Very durable outside. Super visible at night. No control is needed but that is its purpose for simplifying DIY projects. The COB silicone is easy to scrub off, just make sure to scrape off the coating on the copper pads if youโre going to solder to it.

High CRI is great and color temperature is excellent, but waterproofing leaves much to be desired
So my main gripe with this is that the pictures don't exactly match the product; there is no silicone over top of the entire surface, only the silicone used as the LED COB itself. I went into this knowing that might be a risk (I forgot to look at other review photos, silly me) but it's still disappointing. Bare copper is exposed at regular intervals along the length of the strip, so if this is a concern for you, aim for something IP68 rated. Anyway, some helpful info: For the entire 2m length, power draw at 5.0V is just shy of 2.0A (10W). Most of my USB power supplies drop voltage a bit at this load and end up supplying 4.8V at 1.6A (despite claiming 2.4A capacity; shoddy power supplies I guess, not a dig at the LED strip). If you're using this as a light strip in a Bambu Lab X1/P1 series printer, be aware the built-in USB outlet only provides 1.5A, and so the strip should be cut to a maximum length of 1.5m.
