The small will fit any matress up to 48" in width, which includes twin, kids, hospital beds.The large fits full size, queen and king size mattresses. (54"-76")

Has anyone used these on a sleep number mattress?

Sleep Number beds have very little in the way of edge support. Which means the SheetLock straps will have a tendency to compress the mattress edge. I won't recommend them for Sleep Number beds.

Big difference on price for large and small size that's what I didn't like but I'm being picky they are brill for the 1st time I wake up every morning with sheet AND mattress protector still on the mattress Happy days very easy to put on the mattress the belt clip holds both my protector and sheet on so nothing moves glad I bought them ....hope this helps someone else as the price can make you hesitate at first but worth the spend...
