Works good for dispensing only complaint does not take regular 12 inch roll custom too gp paper towels. You'll need to make an adapter to get it to work for regular tube paper towel.

I had an older version that was much bulkier, but this newer, slimmer version is very nice looking and takes up less space. And it works the same as the older bigger version I had, which was probably purchased 10 or 11 years ago. This one blends in and doesn't look too industrial. It's expensive and the refill rolls aren't cheap, but it's nice, looks good, and works well. Would recommend!

This looks so good in our restroom and works perfectly.

It's a great product, but the key lock needs to be better, which much sturdier.
