I would 100% buy these again. So far I have made 4 patch cables and each one was tested and was compliant. This compared to my old connectors where maybe 35% of my first attempt would be successful raising to 85% after re-crimping, trimming ends on the pass through ez-connectors. Only negative - I am not a seasoned network engineer, so wasn't sure which way the insert went. I had to resort to watching youtube videos of comparable connectors to see which way it went. Review: It works good. - Exactly what I expected. Shielding can be pried back to secure drain line from ethernet cable. If using shielded cable peel back jacket from shielding and crimp around shielded area that isn't covered by the jacket to ensure a good fit. Might not fit over the jacket of a shielded cable.

Seems like a perfectly good CAT6 connector, but not good for CAT6A
I ended up returning these. I needed connectors for CAT6A cable, and it is a real struggle to attach these. It's difficult to get the wires through the separator block, the wires don't fit well in the connector body, and the outer jacket does not fit into the body without crushing it. If the description didn't mention CAT6A this would probably be a five-star review.

Extremely difficult to crimp correctly
I tried about half dozen of these connectors with Cat6 Solid wire and failed to create connections every single time. The metal connectors would simply slide off the wires and fail to create any connection whatsoever. It was a frustrating experience. I switched over to https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B078JD91YJ and while these aren't shielded I've managed to create connections 100% of the time. YMMV

Not for Cat6 23AWG
Much too small for Cat6 23AWG. Do not order if that is what you are trying to terminate. Strain relief boots are hard plastic and incapable of stretching, so even that part is out the window.

Unfortunately requires multiple tries to get wires pierced correctly, often fails
This is a true CAT6 staggered-conductor design with shorter conductor stripping, fits 23AWG. However, the pins often fail to penetrate the wire, making a poor connection that does not support 100Mbit or 1Gbit speeds. After trying to install these a few times I threw the rest away. Pass-through terminators are far more reliable.

Good Quality but Boot is not Transparent
CAT6 style plug but the boot I got is different from the picture. I was expecting the transparent boot. So minus 1 star.

Not as depicted, No pass-trough holes, difficult to guess length to keep.
The connector doesn't have pass-trough holes. This is really painful as there need to guess the cables length to keep after setting the guiding block before pressing it. be prepare to loose a couple to guess and train yourself. (no notice, nothing) To bad because it's a good design but require specialized cutter and tools. Another issue, the lie about the sleeves ,what was delivered is ordinary rubber, not the slick design pictured!
