Love this map. While watching TV or listening to the radio, I hear about a country and like to look where it is located and what other countries. Surround it with good gift for kids. Great learning tool.

Rand World Maps are excellent for Geography Classes in Elementary and High Schools.
A- for splendid color to differentiate each separate country and oceans. These help young students with their Geography homework. But , realistically countries along the Equator are bigger than the countries in the Northern Hemisphere. Airlines flying from the USA to Middle East and Asia fly in Northern direction to save fuel and time and vice versa. Flying along the Equator is further in distance, fuel and time.
