Poorly Designed Product That Rarely Delivers a Correctly Aligned Project
After using this conveyer for over 6 months, I’ve concluded that it’s a fundamentally flawed product from a design and engineering standpoint. I use the conveyer to cut wood as well as engrave. Because there is no railing guide for the material to rest against, it relies solely on the rollers to move back and forth. Over time, even the slightest variation causes severe alignment issues. Out of every 3 or 4 attempts, I get one successful project causing hundreds of dollars of wasted material. Cutting with this thing is precarious because no matter how carefully you dial in the tab settings, pieces of your cut material can potentially get caught under as it slides back and forth, wreaking havoc and ruining the project. It’s a very finicky and poorly designed system as a whole. You'll have so much anxiety using it, let alone wasted material. Because this product is needed for large projects and it doesn't work well, I can't recommend the entire xTool P2 system for large projects.
