Great colour and ideal for painting or colouring icing. Great price for size as a little goes a long way.

Great product with a gel consistency that was easy to work with and add to my cake mix. I was also impressed with the price point. I was using it to dye cupcakes blue as part of a gut heath experiment. As a keen baker I will come back to this brand again in future and try other colours.

Great product and coloured my buttercream icing perfectly. You only need the tiniest bit to get a beautiful deep blue colour. Not sure what it's like on fondant or royal icing as not used it for that yet

Well this certainly does the job beautifully. Turned my pre-bought yellow fondant icing into a very dark blue for my parents' blue sapphire anniversary. But what on earth is in it I wonder? I was eating all the tasty off-cuts (as you do) and consumed a fair amount of the icing, but not an excessive amount, I still have half of it left. Three days later it is still (to be polite) turning my insides a dark green colour. It's quite funny, but I do worry about what makes it quite so strong. I would use it again, it is very effective, but would not eat quite so much! So if you use it to make the icing for your child's birthday cake, don't go calling the doctor when things that are normally brown suddenly turn a dark green!!! I think you could use a lot less than I did - I threw the whole bottle in! I was probably only meant to use a few drops ;-)

Fair performance, not too bad, not good either. The thickness of the colour paste is fine, not too watery, which would not affect the consistency of fondant / buttercream too much. But the colour tone is not bright enough, more like dark, mild royal blue. Not what I’m looking for.

Nice colour. I’m not a baker but I found it easy to work with. Kids loved that it turned their tongues blue.

This product is lovely I ordered oceon blue and turquoise they are the most vibrant colours I have used in my whole life. Also there is no disgusting taste it doesn't even have a taste or smell which is perfect for icing and cake. All this for £1.50 is amazing I'm buying all these colours Would recommend.

Un azul muy bonito para personas que les guste la repostería y quieran darle un toque especial a sus recetas lo recomiendo pigmenta bien bastante se te puede quedar la lengua azul pero para ocasiones especiales es gracioso

Es un buen colorante no cambia el sabor no le doy 5 estrella ya que contiene un ingrediente que actua sobre la atencion de los niños al verlo no lo he vuelto a utilizar es una pena que contengan estos conservantes

Ya se que se usa para los pasteles pero eso no quiere decir que se le pueda echar a cualquier otro alimento. Patatas fritas azules, leche azul, etc. Sólo hay que tener en cuenta dos cosas: Una, no pasarse con la cantidad que te aconseja en el bote y dos, que no te caiga encima, yo me eché en la cara para echarnos unas risas y llevo tres días sin poder salir de casa porque sigo azul, mos vecinos me miran raro, el repartidor de Amazon soltó el otro día un "Hostias!!", posiblemente pensó que era de Pandora o que mi padre fue Papá Pitufo. Así que mucho cuidaito porque unas goritas na má te ponen azul, que si no te acuerdas en el momento y vas a orinar el miembro se pone azul, y ya puedes frotar que eso no sale, te quedas con la picha azulada y tu parienta un mosqueo de p.m. . Día 4, sigo azul...
