I'm very impressed with this product. I've been taking berberine for nearly 2 months and my appetite has been greatly reduced. I'm a OTR truck driver and I used to eat big meals and be bloated a lot. Now, I probably eat 1/3 of the food. I snack from time to time but to insistent hunger is gone and my food pregnancy is gone. Hopefully I start to shed some fat and weight soon.

I used this supplement through menopause as suggested by a physician. I can honestly say it is a natural miracle worker! Very minimal side effects Doreen menopause! I believe this supplement was a great help!

Shady marketing - it doesn't list how much actual berberine is in the product. They try to market this as "5,000mg" and even in one of their pictures they claim it's 5,000 mg of berberine. This is not true. It's a " proprietary blend" of berberine and turmeric and they don't list the amount of berberine anywhere. Berberine is a pretty expensive herb compared to most supplements, and so it's pretty much guaranteed that this company is adding a low dose and trying to cover up the fact with sketchy marketing making people believe there is 5,000 mg in here.

I rarely comment on supplements. This product, I feel like I need to make a comment. I first found berberine when researching Ozempic. I couldn't see spending so much money on it. Still can't. We decided to try it, and it has worked well for us. It took a bit for us to notice a change, and then the change was. Our clothes started fitting less tight, our joints were feeling better due to the weight loss,and now, we are losing 5-6 pounds every two weeks or so. We haven't really changed how we eat, but neither of us really get hungry anymore. We both eat smaller portions, exercise is easier, and we feel better. I think this product is effective and I am glad we stuck with it.
