I am really impressed with the technology and features this drone has. First, the stability is impressive, and it hovers in position well even with about 15 MPH winds. Second, the picture and video quality can be compared to a high-end DSLR camera. The different camera modes and settings are helpful in taking good pictures and videos. Third, the return to home, intelligent flight modes, and obstacle avoidance made it easy and safe for beginners to operate this drone. Fourth, the RC 2 eliminates the need to use a phone or tablet to operate this drone. Fourth, easy calibration. The calibration is so easy even a person who never owned a drone before will find the process easy. Finally, there is a big difference between this drone and the last drone I bought in 2014, night and day differences (ease of flying, camera quality, video quality, different flight modes, etc.). There is one thing I don’t like about DJI Mini 4 Pro. DJI requires account creation, activation, and registration before you can fly the drone even with an RC2. BTW, the obstacle avoidance feature stops the drone from hitting the obstacle. It doesn't make it go around the obstacle unlike other drones. Overall, it’s a good drone and I can honestly recommend it.

It's like flying a plane. Absolutely amazing. Everyone should experience this in 2026. It's easy to learn. First you will baby it, you may sweat and handshake while controlling it, you may even feel oddly weird at first that others are watching you or that you are doing something wrong. You fear the unknowns, you fear crashing it, or it somehow flying away. You could first take it to an open field with no one around on a nice day so you can not feel any pressure. Then once you understand RTH, and even manually land a few times you build trust in it. You start to become a pilot studying the flight laws, the weather and wind, the best alt, etc. Then you watch your own recorded videos, and you start to fly different when you record, you slow down and record more carefully, and then you become a photographer lol. You see people looking up at it. Then if you like me you use Open DroneLog software and sync your flight data to study and playback all the cool details. You analyze the top speed, the RC signal, the lay of the land and the terrain. Then when you learn about the cruise control button and building waypoints you forget you are even flying, and you say to yourself this thing is a flying AI robot camera. It's really a lot of fun once you shed the mostly irrational drone flying fears. Some people may fly a few times and put it away, some people will want to fly wherever and whenever they can. PRO-TIP- Get yourself some RayNeo Air 4 Pro AR/XR Glasses for this drones RC2 controller and thank me later. It's like flying on a big screen in a pair of shades.

I've flown all manner of drones, including several DJI drones. This is by far the best, even better than the more expensive ones. It's marketed for "beginners" but that's only to get people to spend money on other "high end" drones so they can say they have a "professional" drone. If you're unable to take professional videos with this drone you are not a professional. I wish people didn't believe the marketing. This drone IS good for beginners, since it does have obstacle sensing in all directions. However it is capable of VERY good quality video and images. It has advanced flight features and just as many options as some of the drones twice or three times the price. I got the Fly More Kit with Plus batteries, I can comfortably fly an hour while recording 4k (on three batteries). I would encourage anyone to purchase this drone. I haven't really put its range to the test, but I've taken it close to the batteries range. I've flown it out a little over 4 miles away and didn't lose a single bar of signal strength. I flew it back and still landed with 30% battery. I also took a 4k recording the whole trip to see how that would affect the battery but I had plenty left on landing. If you do buy it, here's my suggestion, buy the Fly More kit, you'll be disappointed when your battery is drained because it's so fun to fly. See if you can get it on payments if the price is a bit out of your range for a lump sum purchase. I also bought insurance (YOU HAVE ONLY 48 HOURS ONCE THE DRONE IS POWERED ON TO BUY INSURANCE), I bought 2-year coverage, which includes water damage or flyaways, keep in mind that if the drone is lost it will cost you about $235 and they will send you a brand new one. I also bought 1 extra battery, since the case holds 3 and the drone holds 1, so I have 4 in total, with the extra battery I can fly for 1hour and 40minutes. This is not a BEGINNER drone, it is GOOD for beginners because of the obstacle avoidance. The only down side is that it feels a little plasticy, AKA cheap. However when you fly it, it's anything but. It handles wind very well for its size. Don't expect to fly in major wind though, use your best judgement.

I mainly bought the mini 4 pro for additional features that are not on the mini 3pro and these include 1. Waypoints: this feature is really important for me and on the mini 3 pro its only limited to hyperlapse. On this drone, you can do a lot with waypoints including recording a video. I also did a dolly zoom with it using waypoints and the results are just great. 2. Smart return to home feature that optimizes the route. This intelligent feature is a plus. 3. 360° active tracking where the drone tracks you while revolving around you....this also drew me to the drone. 4. Still on active tracking...you can choose many angles to be tracked from including the front. Mini 3 only has parallel and tracking from behond. 5. The VR return to home feature. Not really a selling point to move from the mini 3 pro but its fancy. 6. The optin to fly nearer to the ground...some shots really come out great with that motion nearer to the ground. 7. Multidirectional sensors...they are not an obstacle avoidance guarantee but work really well except for something small as tree banches (twigs) without leaves or electric lines...sometimes it depends on the speed. The cons 1. Still pricey 2. While I appreciate the advancement of the drone, I feel DJI can still push for more features on the drone. For example, the drone has preprogrammed moves > quickshots and mastershots. I feel like I should be able to also add my preprogrammed moves. Waypoints is not exactly what I have in mind. I should be able to use my preferred moves on any location. I feel this is possible since we already have waypoints. 3. Tracking humans/ objects, although pretty much accurate but needs improvement. I did some tracking with my vehicle and it lost me several times when going behind trees. Trust me, it has an intelligent feature that makes it able to re-lock the object but it is not entirely accurate and most times it stopped tracking. At one point it resumed tracking but on another car not mine. Overall, I love this drone and has some key features that made me upgrade. The benefits far outweigh not upgrading.

This is a supremely excellent drone. It can do just about anything that an amateur and many videographers would want. The camera is so excellent, there is merit to holding it in hand and using it as a camera. The fact that its’s a drone makes it easy for you to be included in your group photos. I suggest getting the PLUS batteries and strobe lights. These (anything extra) brings the total weight to over 250g but that’s no big deal. Pay $5 and register it. Nothing else is needed. Don’t forget to obtain your TRUST mandatory license.

The DJI Mini 4 Pro is simply outstanding—excellent quality, stability, and professional-level results. The purchase experience was flawless: brand new product, sealed in its original packaging, and shipped almost immediately. Highly recommended.

I ordered this as "Used: Like New", but it anything but. Amazon defines "used like new" as "an item that is in perfect working condition, with all essential accessories included, but the packaging may have some damage" Firt thing opening the box was noticing all the original protective shipping/packaging tape/stickers and padding was missing and removed. Second were the 3 batteries. One was different than the other two, and when I checked the model number, it was for the previous version of this drone (mini 3). The other two, one was clearly used (scratched and scuffed), and the third wouldn't charge fully- and neither of the 3 were the "plus" batteries that should have come with the Fly More Plus kit. I called Amazon and they offered a standard partial rebate, but that was just shy of the cost of two new plus batteries. I then started to look real close at the drone itself. The landing feet looked scuffed, and the propellers felt they were used too. The remote seems fine. For the heck of it, I went through the setup. The tutorial video starts out with setting the language/time zone/etc .. I thought it odd that I didn't get those screens .. and I was also never prompted to purchase the additional warranty package. After setup, I still can not fly the drone because it's displaying Sensor Error Codes that will not allow it fly. Going through some of the menu options, I found a page that shows this unit was initially activated 343 days ago! - so clearly not a new unit. I did get a response from DJI support today, and their suggestion was to download an app that would do a reset and allow me to recalibration .. to which I replied "Umm, no thanks. I will return the $1,200 used/defective piece of junk"

It is unbelievable how much tech is packed into this small drone! Many features that are useful and easy to access. Take the time to learn the drone and you will be rewarded with very good video and photos. Easy to fly and the signal from the remote to the drone is rock solid. It is also very quiet, which is important if you want to fly unnoticed. But two things you should know. 1) The drone can handle a substantial amount of wind, but it really bounces around a lot in winds above 20mph. The gimbal handles most of the bouncing around, but not all. Just be careful to make sure you have enough battery power to get back to home if you are going against the wind. I've had to lower the altitude and/or go into sport mode a couple of times when the wind picked up while flying to make headway against the wind. If it is too windy, you will see the camera "jerk" at times because the gimbal cannot handle the bouncing around. 2) And this is a bigger issue for me than the wind, is the difficulty in replacing the props. DJI decided to use screws tipped with loctite on the threads to hold the props on. Works great holding them on, but very difficult to get the screws out to replace the props. The screwdriver DJI gives you is a joke, so I ended up having to buy a more quality made screwdriver (you need a PH0000 screwdriver) that works better but replacing the props is still not an easy job because of the screws. I can't imagine trying to do this out in the field if by chance you nick a small branch and damage a prop. Although you do not have to replace the props very often, it is a major undertaking if the screws are tightly attached because of the loctite. I've seen YouTube videos where people have heated the screws to loosen the loctite or grinded off the plastic props with a dremel to get them off. With all of the superior engineering DJI puts into their drones, this method of replacing the props is baffling. Otherwise, this is a great drone with a lot of features.

Una herramienta muy buena , me dedico profesionalmente a la fotografía y video , este dron resulto ser una excelente inversión, relación calidad precio ideal, en verdad la calidad de imagen es muy buena y trabajando los archivos en Raw el resultado es mejor, en video es más que suficiente para la mayoría de usos , la ventaja del combo plus es que las baterías ofrecen un tiempo de cielo más que olgado para la mayoría de mis tomas , el RC2 si que es un excelente control , tiene buen brillo para la mayoría de situaciones de vuelos diurnos y es cómodo el no tener que usar el teléfono, me agrada que puedes establecer una conexión wifi entre el dron y el teléfono para seleccionar y descargar material rápidamente sin uso del control, lo que hace falta en un combo como este es que DJI no manda al menos un par de filtros , los debes conseguír aparte desconozco si los de 3 pro le queden , en conclusión , un dron de buen precio por la tecnología que tiene y calidad de imagen que ofrece, y toma mucho en cuenta el tamaño ya que si viajas ligero una opción más grande sera más estorboso y considerando que es un dron mini , te salvas de muchas normativas ( aunque sea el plus que pesa más, en calle quién lleva una báscula ?)
