Glass Baron Sea Turtle "Aloha", individually hand-crafted glass figurine. PRODUCT FEATURES The origins of this sea turtle is from the hona turtle from Hawaii. The sea turtle is of clear glass with deep green and blue hues on it's back. On the top of the sea turtles clear glass dome shell with 22k gold is painted a hibiscus flower of which when you shine a light, a silhouette of the shape of the hibiscus flower reflects on to its blue/green colored back. The base of the shell is dotted all the way around in 22k gold paint. To complete the beauty of this piece the sea turtle is accented with two round shaped light blue Swarovski Crystals Approximate measurements:2 W x 2 L x .75" H Made by Glass Baron Model no. S2 261 The beautiful Glass Baron Collection of glass figurines are designed from high quality, three dimensional handblown glass. Each glass figurine piece is skillfully handcrafted using one or more of the following techniques: Sandblasting the surface of the glass where thousands of microscopic chips of glass are removed to achieve a frosted finish. Airbrushing adds natural color enhancements by skilled airbrush artists who hand paint each piece using the highest quality, custom made paints. Each of the porcelain and clay flowers are hand made petal by petal and individually applied to the glass sculptures. Accented with Swarovski Crystals, sparkle color and personality is added to many of the Glass Baron figurines. 22 karat liquid gold is skillfully brushed on by hand and then kiln-fired for a perfect shine.
