Fun activity to do as a family super simple and fun. Takes a little time to dry but it looks really nice afterwards. Anything national geographic is great for kids and they get to have fun while learning.

My grandson loves these! The paints are not as viscous as expected but they worked fine. This was to be a craft during my visit for a 4 and 7 year old. The 7 yo was uninterested as she learned another hobby. The 4 yo couldn’t do them fast enough! He loved every minute! Actually his mom and I had fun also watching his excitement! One thing to note is that it takes time for the paints to dry fully.

Great activities for ages 5-8!

Got this as a Christmas gift for our son and it’s a fun activity! The paint is kind of hard to spread out and takes sometime to spread evenly but overall it was a fun activity and he loves them in his room! Depending on age, would require adult assistance

I wanted to be giving this a 5 star review because my son and I were so excited to do this little craft, and we did have fun doing it, but to be honest, the paints were really awful quality. The parts, pieces, & instructions were flawless, but the outcome was disappointing. The paints are very thick, but we spread them well, not too thin, and they just did not glow at all. Like AT. ALL. After experiencing this, I went back and read the reviews and realized many people unfortunately have this problem. Sad because Natgeo usually has great stuff!

Bought it for a birthday gift. They loved it it's a easy simple craft.

The set came with 7 tubes of paint. We just opened the box for the first time yesterday, and 5 of the 7 paints were dried out and unusable. My son now can either paint all the plants in just green or gold, I can throw the set away, or I can spend more money to buy paints so he can do his arts and crafts. I expected better from the National Geographic brand. Very disappointed, I doubt I will be purchasing Nat Geo items again. Terrible. Just terrible

Grandson’s 3 & 5 loved to open the box but got bored after 1 dinosaur each. Colours are good. I finished them so they could hang on the sliding door to catch light

Neat little craft! Comes with a book of facts. We used ours to create sun catchers - but there is also the option to create a hanging solar system. Small tip - I found using a damp cotton bud was easier to apply & mix the paints, instead of using the included paintbrush.
