Entirely plastic construction other than the "O" where you clip onto your cable (metal). Handles swivel and fit nicely in the hand, good molded hand fit. No flex when lifting heavy and does not add any weight to your wrists vs using a metal version. I have large hands (2XL gloves) and it fits well enough to comfortably use.

This is a solid piece to use for your back, but for some odd reason, they thought making the handles very hard and with edges and ridges is a good idea!! There are grooves for your thumb and finger, which is fine. But the handle material is made of such hard material that leaves a mark in your hands, even when wearing lifting gloves. I am returning it.

Great hand grip. So far it’s held strong with its durability. Use it on a hammer strength machine ~140 is the max I’ve pulled down with it so far and there was no noticeable flextion in the grip.
