Worked perfect for my 2004 f-150 it has 4 doors but the back 2 doors are the very small ones and it worked.

Easiest install I’ve ever done on a power window motor. Part looks well made and new hardware was included.

DO NOT BUY THIS
I AM NOT RECOMMENDING THIS TO ANYONE, THERE HAS GOT TO BE A BETTER OPTION OUT THERE IF YOU DONT USE THE REVERSE POLARITY ADAPTER, THE UP BUTTON ROLLS THE WINDOW DOWN AND THE DOWN BUTTON ROLLS THE WINDOW UP, IF YOU USE THE REVERSE POLARITY ADAPTER THE PASSENGER SIDE FUNCTIONS WILL OPERATE PROPERLY, BUT YOUR DRIVER DOOR CONTROLS FOR THE PASSENGER WINDOW ARE REVERSED I DECIDED TO NOT USE THE REVERSE POLARITY ADAPTER SO THAT THE CONTROLS ON MY DRIVERS SIDE DOOR WORK PROPERLY, THE PASSENGER IS JUST GOING TO HAVE TO DEAL WITH REVERSE POLARITY.........STUPID DESIGN

2005 F-150 crew cab. Fit well, works good. There are lots of how-to videos on you tube on how to replace it. Hopefully, it will last a while.
