How high is it without the casters?

The casters put an extra 4 inches to the unit height, so it’s 32” high without the casters.

What size is the package it’s delivered in? Is there one package or multiple?

Mine came in one package, the size of the main cabinet, minus the peg board and casters. It was on a skid, this is a very heavy item. It's getting a lot of use at my house, it's really nice.

Is my work bench assembled upon arrival?

Yes except for the wheels and handles
