I wanted to make a bee hoover for swarms etc but they are most made in the US and very expensive. I bought a decent 18V cordless hoover on ebay and wanted to control the suction. First unit I bought was way to pathetic and so I bought this. It does the job and is sturdily made, however in the lower range its not very senestive and mid to high range needs some finesse and slow motion to let the speed range settle to where I want it, but I have a calibration sticker for suction levels marked out on the side of the rotary switch. If your are not wanting a hyper senestive and stepped adjustment and can work the level as a constant in certain levels then it's fine and well worth the money for a capable unit. I hope this helps.

Ich habe mir vor Kurzem den Bosch Akku-Sauger GAS 18V-10L zugelegt, um in meiner beengten Werkstatt und meinem Gartenhäuschen Staubsaugen zu können. Der Staubsauger an sich ist gut und leistungsstark - aber leider auch recht laut. Deshalb der Versuch, die Leistung und damit auch den Geräuschpegel mit dem DC-Drehzahlregler zu reduzieren. Der Staubsauger wird mit den Standard-18V Akkus von Bosch betrieben und hat eine Nennleistung von 200 Watt. Ich habe den Drehzahlregler absichtlich überdimensioniert, da er in den Staubsauger fest eingebaut werden sollte und auch höhere Anlaufströme von ca. 15 A gut verkraften können sollte. Außerdem hat mich das Feature " Langsamer Start" interessiert, von dem ich mir eine schonende Betriebsweise versprochen habe. Der Einbau des Reglers war relativ einfach. Platz war vorhanden und die Verkabelung war ebenfalls unproblematisch. Den Drehknopf habe ich unter dem Haltegriff montiert, um ihn mit einer Hand bedienen zu können. Inzwischen habe ich erste Testläufe absolviert und bisher funktioniert der Regler einwandfrei und der Staubsauger nervt nicht mehr die Familie und die Nachbarn. Die Saugleistung nimmt natürlich bei geringerer Drehzahl ab aber ich komme in den meisten Fällen mit halber oder 3/4 der Maximalleistung aus. Der Motor startet erst ab ca. 1/4 Drehung des Einstellknopfes. Das ließe sich wahrscheinlich noch mit einem kleinen Vorwiderstand am Potentiometer korrigieren. Für mich ist das aber kein Problem und ich lasse es so wie es ist. Eine Langzeiterfahrung liegt noch nicht vor. Ggf. werde ich nach ein paar Monaten die Rezension überarbeiten.

Spedizione e consegna ok! Il funzionamento è esattamente come descritto, l'ho provato con due motori 775 sia con un motore a basso numero di giri che un altro ad alto numero di giri. Il comportamento è buono in entrambi i casi. Vedremo dopo averlo boxato (opportunamente areato) se le temperature dei dissipatori salgono o restano basse. Ma credo che non vi saranno problemi.
