Samsung Remote Control Replacement for BN59-01388A (Renewed)

I got this for my mother in laws TV. She was so worried it would not match up. It was the exact same remote and worked just the same. She is quite picky about things being the same and this hit the mark for her.

Really good control replacement and really easy to use I bought it because my old one stop working a random day then I get this one for a really good price and it works even better

Opened it up, popped some batteries in and worked straight out if the box, all buttons function properly and open the apps that they are assigned to. Very Pleased

Product is great for replacing your original remote. My only issue why I have the review a 4 star and not a 5 is I cannot long press the keys whether when controlling the volume or navigating the mouse on the browser. I have to be single pressing repeatedly for volume up or down or to move the mouse navigator on the browser. I tried researching if this can be corrected but cannot find any solutions. Otherwise the remote works fine.

This WORKS! No solar panel but it has a charging port. Worth it

It worked great out of the box over the few weeks it’s started to work slow I would press a button and it wouldn’t work at all I changed batteries nothing changed this worst product ever don’t get it

The product provides a better texture than the original unit that came with my Samsung 55-inch Smart TV. Setup required only putting in the two AAA batteries. However, it does not operate the same as the OEM remote control in that holding down a button or continuing to press a toggle will not continue the desired action. If you want to go from, say, Volume Level 15 to 25, you must press the Volume toggle 10 times. For the OEM unit, holding any button or toggle continues the action until the desired level is reached. All my identical OEM Samsung remote controls have this feature. It was exactly this function having failed for one of the toggles on my original unit that motivated the purchase. I am returning the unit and trying again with a different product.
