this is my 2nd pair. The first one was excellent quality and lasted until I got holes in the soles so I bought again, different style since the old one is no longer available but very similar. Unfortunately this pair has issues with the back of the shoe. The cushion between sole and shoe got shredded out. I don't skate or run just use daily everyday walking and at work. Over time, the padding just worn our or scratched out by the plastic and my heel. There's a hard plastic mold that shapes the shoe which poked through on the inside and both right and left shoe has this condition. It notice it poking the back of my heel sometime after 6 months of use and eventually it scratched the holes open after about 8months. It's about 10months now. I actually ignored it because I have to use it everyday but it's very annoying wearing the shoe with this poking your heels. I really like the shoes but this was a bad experience. Hopefully they design better ones in future if enough people with similar issues reports this.
