High quality, cooks easily and quickly
My reason for purchasing this product was the hope that it would NOT produce facial inflammation - and it did not!!! Eve rice makes my face swell, potatoes, wheat is the worst. This is the first time in quite a while that I have been able to enjoy carbohydrates without high levels of anxiety and distress. 2 wraps or nests or whatever they are called come in each box. Each one is 8 ounces. You really can boil it in just half an inch or more water than it takes to cover, boil 41/2 minutes which is so quick. Drain and rinse. I eat half when I cook it, half for a second meal (for one person). It is delicious, has a very nice texture, and does not deteriorate in the fridge. Just microwave to heat. I purchased a very large bottle 128 oz Teriyaki sauce from Amazon for the frozen, thawed vegetable which I stir fried in olive oil. I was not able to find Asian spices to I just used lemon pepper, dried onion, cayenne and black pepper to stir fry peas, cut Green Haven Correctional Facility beans and broccoli cuts. Very delicious. I am living on s budget and this works out fine.

I love these things!
There are a lot of gluten free noodles on the market. I like the taste and texture of both regular and whole wheat choices with Annie Chun. I keep coming back for more!

great product
great buy on these rice noodles. it ends up being a little more than $2.00 per box, which is nowhere the cost of your local supermarket. there are easy ways to cook these noddles. you can simply boil a large pot of water and place them in the pot SUBMERGED and just let them sit until they achieve the level of doneness (chewy, but al dente). you do not have to put a lid on the pot and turn pot off. you can also prepare them in the microwave a large glass bowl with enough heated water to SUBMERGE the noodles. i tend to use the microwave method and let the noodles sit SUBMERGED for about 6 minutes, check by tasting and adding additional minutes as needed. the subscribe and save with the free delivery is the way to go. can you imagine the cost of shipping and this vendor ships quickly.

Celiac Friendly Noodle
These make a great alternative to rice when making stir fries. They are allergy friendly as they contain no corn or wheat. They are pretty easy to overcook but if that happens, I just throw them in a hot skillet with sesame oil and fry them up a little which gives them a great flavor and texture. Wider noodles or the large flakes are easier to cook properly it seems. They go ok with tomato based sauces as well. Over all, a pretty good product. Update: I never overcook these any more. What I do now is soak the noodles for 1 hour prior to cooking. I guess this step isn't completely necessary but it helps. Then I bring water to a boil. When the water is at a boil, I turn off the heat. I take the noodles out of the soaking water and put them in the hot water for about 1 minute. They come out perfect every time.

Great rice noodles
These are very good! I soak them in room temperature water for about an hour and theyโre ready to use, no need to boil them. Expensive though.

Stir fry noodles
We really like these stir fry noodles. They cook quickly, have great texture, and taste very good. They are even gluten free. Yummy!

Pretty good gluten-free substitute for linguini too
I've used these noodles to make pad thai, but also as a gluten-free substitute for linguini, and have been happy with the result. The price is good too. However, I prefer Annie Chun's Brown Rice Noodle, Pad Thai, 8-Ounce (Pack of 6) , also gluten-free, with four times the fiber. They're just as quick and easy to prepare - and are also not that expensive purchased online, though I don't always buy them through Amazon.

A good rice noodle for anyone interested in making Pad Thai.
One 8oz box is the perfect size for making Pad Thai for the whole family. I soak the noodles in cold water for 15-minutes and then soak them an additional 15-minutes in hot water. After draining the water I add the noodles to the other ingredients in my wok and stir it up all. I have found that if you boil the noodles as they become too soft and break apart while you're mixing all your ingredients together. There is not much else to say. It's a good rice noodle to have around the house if you enjoy making various Asiatic dishes. Amazon Prime was quick and having an affordable service like this ship food directly to my door is really nice.
