This product has without a doubt outstanding quality. Although I paired this with a antiinflammatory diet, I felt it was very effective. Less pain in my joints overall.

My physician recommended that I take turmeric, so I always am on the lookout for a good quality supplement. One thing about turmeric is that supposedly it absorbs better if you have some fat with your meal. Some formulas also have black pepper to help with absorption. If you need to avoid fat or black pepper, a supplement like this one might be exactly what you need, and it's from a reputable company, so you are likely getting the stated amount without worries of contamination (according to a leading consumer supplement testing site, most turmeric supplements in the US aren't problematic). I almost always have some form of fat with my meal whether it's from avocados, dairy, or something, and I can also tolerate black pepper with no issue and use it generously in my cooking. For me, that means the I can get away with a lower cost supplement without the Phytosome benefits, so this isn't the best value for me personally. However, I think this is a good quality supplement and might be really helpful for some.

I have taken Solarays turmeric for years and it works for me. I tried this one and am very disappointed because it has done nothing. Although, it is the same in milligrams and easy to swallow, and would be good for what I paid for them it still does nothing for the pain, so I don't think that I will reorder.

I know others here have gushed over the Phytosome delivery as a boost to absorbtion, but at what cost? It seems the value isn't there when I'm looking at the cost of this compared to how much you get. There's no need to write a novel on this, but I did read the study published on Pubmed from the NIH's National Library of Medicine. Look at the authors of the study, then go look up who is the main exporter of Tumeric; there's a connection I suspect. This is important because the main feature on this product seems to be pushed in the description and on the label. I think the Tumeric is good, I just don't see the value at the asking amount for what you get.
