How do you prepare magnesium flakes for soaks?

Easily dissolve a cup of magnesium flakes in warm water to create a soothing solution. Soak in the solution for 20-30 minutes to allow the magnesium to be absorbed by the skin.

Where do magnesium flakes come from?

Magnesium flakes sourced from the Dead Sea are obtained by evaporating the mineral-rich waters of the sea. The process concentrates the magnesium chloride, resulting in the formation of these distinct natural flakes.
