Works perfectly.
It does exactly what it says. Brilliant. Simple to install and the difference in the picture quality is massive. I purchased this as I had many three TV’s on a signal splitter with long cable runs to each (behind walls extra). My virgin TV was bad quality and the other TV’s picture was hit and miss. This was simple to install (5 minutes) and the impact was instant. The tv’s came on. I could find additional freeview channels and all my picture issue vanished.

Perfect for Sky RF2 9V passthrough
I bought the newer version of this but it didn't have Sky 'Magic Eye' passthrough. I am using this to simply control my Sky HD box from other rooms and it works perfectly for this.

Can’t go lower
Unit did not work. Tv signal and quality went down not up. Also when attaching antenna cable with a screw fitting, and was fully tightened. The fitting still was loose and didn’t make a good connection. In saying that it still didn’t work after pushing the fitting up tight manually.

Works as required, no problems to report, purchased with high grade aerial for new house and now have full options on channels where I only had 9 before. Just remember the connector type of replacing an old system

This Product Is `CRAP`.
Do not even consider buying product, it did not even recognise a European DVD let alone a Region 1. To Much Hassle to send it back so it went in the bin.

Initially good results/value BUT only lasted 2 years
I had a previous Labgear amp in my loft - lasted around 15 years, I think this year’s high temperatures probably finished it off, as stupidly it was just resting on the loft fibreglass, so must have got quite warm. Not surprisingly, I selected another Labgear amp again as replacement. This is a compact item, easy to install. This time I have wall mounted it in the loft, also putting two 10mm spacers behind the unit’s screw holes to give airflow behind it when fitted. Simply connected then switched on. Worked flawlessly. I am simply using 1 UHF input from aerial and 4 outs to TV. (I don’t use ‘magic eye’ whatever that is used for ). Only ‘gripe’ was having to change the 5 cable ends from aerial cable connectors to the F type (satellite type) ones. UPDATE Disappointed- it suddenly stopped working (July 2023) after just less than 1 year - so reduced star rating to 2
