The S/M is ideal for an average sized elbow. It provides a snug fit with surrounding cold therapy that is almost impossible (or at least very inconvenient) to create using standard ice packs. It comes out of the freezer very cold but, as others have noted, it does seem to warm a bit faster than other ice packs. I get a good 6 - 8 minutes out of it at very cold temperatures with another few minutes of cool which is enough to calm down my tennis elbow as needed.

Overall, I really like this. However, I have to use 2 of these because the 1st one doesn’t stay cold very long so then I’ll add the second and swap them both in and out of the freezer. So buy 2!

Highly recommend! I love how easy and convenient this is! My physical therapist uses this and it’s a game changer: I hardly ever ice like I should because balancing an ice pack on my arm is so annoying. You’re stuck in one place hoping it doesn’t fall off. This lets you do other things! It’s comfortable with good support. Light compression.

Such a relief after using multi ice packs for my knee. Comfortable, cold but not too cold. Highly recommend!

I’ve tried Velcro wrap around knee sleeves with ice packs etc, and while they work they slide down, and the ice pack is usually too hard or soft. This slide on sleeve is superb! It gets very cold without getting hard. It slides on easily (I got two sizes as I fell on my knee and bruised it badly, and I wasn’t sure which size would fit best with the swelling), it stays cold for the needed time. Price is higher than wrap on ice packs, but this is definitely worth the price with the ability to move around with the ice pack in place, and the comfort. It works great!

Great product at first. It's soft and compression seemed adequate. However, after a few months it wouldn't stay on my arm. Kept sliding off. It did a good job of icing my elbow, but annoying when it slid off my arm. The other thing that is somewhat inconvenient is it is supposed to be stored in the freezer in a plastic bag that was included.

Kühlt gut, lässt aber schnell nach. Am besten kurz ins Tiefkuhlfach legen und dann hat man mehr Erfolg. Für meinen Ellenbogen optimal.

Great product which has helped many times

Have a recent meniscus issue. The freeze sleeve works exactly as advertised. A lot easier to use than ice and knee wrap. Plus the compression aspect is a plus!
