I have been taking this supplement for a while and, in general, the experience has been positive: it has helped me feel a little more energetic during the day and I have noticed a slight improvement in my circulation, especially at times when I usually feel more tired. It is still a good product, reliable and of quality, only that the results in my case have been more subtle than surprising.

Good quality at a good price

I did some research on this product for weight loss and just about everywhere I looked gave it good reviews for helping with belly fat, in particularly. So I bought one in August 13, 2014, on the bottle it instructs you to "take 2 capsules 1 to 3 times daily as needed." Most the time I would take it 2 times a day and on days I felt like I over ate I take it 3 times. So that is 4 capsules a day or sometimes 6 capsules. While taking these I so exercise at the same but just low intensity & not until this year would I say its been moderate intensity. L-Arginine really helped keep my weight the same when I didn't workout at all in September(2014). It worked so well that my parents saw the weight lose I was having and wanted to buy some as while and that is when I bought 3 more in Nov 2014. By Dec 1, 2014 I had lose 10lb with the help of L-arginine & exercise. As for right now I haven't taken them in a month & have stay with the moderate intensity exercise. Today I have lose 20lbs since starting in July (2014). But without taken these to help my body kick-start the fat burn , I 'm sure I wouldn't be where I am. I was 165.4 last year in July and know I am 145.6. I am very happy with this product the one bottle (250 capsules) last me a long time. If you are looking a nice healthy kick-start this is a good one. Or if you are hoping for it to keep your weight the same as well I am 100% behind this.

I've been a user of L-Arginine capsules by GNC for ages and decided to try their new caplet version because I could go to a stronger strength while keeping the size of the pill about the same. What I got was the worst packaged capsule ever made. I have never experienced what I have with this caplet. I normally put all my pills for the next day out on my nightstand so the ones I need are ready first thing in the morning. With this caplet, if it is out of the bottle any more than a few hours it begins to come apart to the point it is hard to even be sure you are getting the entire quatity of the pill when you take it because it is falling apart. This is so not typical of GNC. I started using L-Arginine 1000 a few years ago for ICS (Interstitial Cystitis)and it is a natural way, without side effects, to replace the lost lining in my bladder. I take 1000 mg. in the morning and 500 mg. at night. It has taken more than a year, but well worth the wait. The other prescription drugs made me gain weight...a lot of weight. I can now eat some acidic foods such as spaghetti sauce, cucumbers, cheese, yogurt,strawberries and many others. L-Arginine, over time forms a film inside the bladder to protect it from the uric acid.

プラシーボ効果かもしれませんが、飲み始めて３日目から元気出ます。 カプセルが大きいから飲むのしんどいけど、 半分のサイズで倍の飲むよりはいいかなってw
