Golden Carbon Steel Macaron Kit Baking Mold Set 35-Capacity

This product was very good for keeping the macarons the same shape, which is what I was looking for. I did lightly spray the pan with baking spray, as I was concerned that the cookies would stick... they did not. However, the reason I gave this product a 4 instead of a 5 was that the "feet" of the macaron did not develop as nicely as they do when I just use parchment paper. I am assuming this is due to the circular ridge on the pan that restricts the batter from losing it's shape. So, it's a small trade-off... perfect feet or perfect shape. I would recommend this product.

The media could not be loaded.  Did the job really well. Macaron shells did not stick, came off easily (I actually used the tip of a toothpick to nudge the cookies and they popped right off) and the pan was easy to clean. Will most definitely recommend.

This pan is NOT non-stick. I couldn't get any of the cookies of without completely destroying them. It wasted a lot of time and making Macarons are already time consuming. Washing it was a nightmare. I'm giving it 2 stars because I can still sort of use it with parchment paper on top. It is not ideal, but when in a pinch I'll ONLY use it with parchment paper. Regardless, it normally just sits in the cabinet gathering dust. I do not recommend buying. Just draw circles on your parchment paper if you want to be picky about the sizes, otherwise just eye ball it.

I wish it had upward edges to hold on to when you pull the tray out of the oven. Other than that I enjoy baking with it!

Good quality and very easy to clean. Came in as expected.

I try to be very honest and practical in my reviews and I like to give the sellers the benefit of the doubt, but in this case...hooo boy! This was the WORST pan for baking macarons! The worst!! I did like the little edges that kept the batter in a perfect circle but that is the only good thing I can say about the pan. The cookies stuck like glue to the pan after baking, even when I tried spraying cooking oil the pan first. After three attempts and dozens of broken and stuck cookies, I ordered another pan. I loved the perfect roundness of the cookie when it was piped Into those little circles. I thought maybe the first pan I received was just a fluke baddie. Nope. Two more ruined batches of macarons later, I bought a silicone macaroon baking sheet and now I have perfect (although slightly out-of-round) cookies. Run away from these pans and if you insist on trying them, contact me and I’ll give you my two pans at a substantial discount.

It is perfect. It worked just as what I need.
