Works as expected, just remember this is the 32-bit version! Still useful just know what you need...
I have to admit, I bought this by accident (meant to get the Zero 2 W...) but, it found a use as a webcam streamer for one of my 3D printers. Just remember this is the 32-Bit version, for generally about $10 more you get the Zero 2 W which is quad-core 64-bit. That said, it works exactly as expected. Fine for a (720p20) live webcam stream, or other low-CPU Linux projects.

Very happy!
TL:DR Great for headless or head set up. Works well with pwn projects, game consoles, โgoodโ usb. I bought 2 boards, the setup isnโt the easiest this is on the software side, the boards themselves are very solid hardware. Strong pi solder for setting/removing screens while developing code for them on the pi zero connecting via VNC. If you are looking for a pwn project, moving up from a pico/esp, or python on the code I canโt recommend this enough. You will need a high quality micro ssd, but only 32 gb max really. Great buy, 10/10.

Works great, watch out for wifi issues if you go headless - see my full review if so
The board works well. There were some serious config issues I took weeks to resolve - I had tried to use headless (OS Lite 64 bit) and an imager for the OS. The wifi didn't work and I tried a ton of things. In the end, I switched to the official Raspberry Pi imager and downgraded to the 32 bit OS lite (Hummingbird). I used the custom setup wizard in the official imager to give the wifi SSID/password, country code (which sets mandatory frequencies), userid/password for the OS, and the name for how it'll show up on the network. From there the imager set the config files so it'd just work. Then no more issues and the headache was over.

Good quality, but outdated
These are outdated. Get the Pi Zero 2, you will thank me later. These were revolutionary in their day, but for $2 more you can get the Pi Zero 2 W which is 5 times faster with a quad core processor.

Around The Wrold
I've been using this months now. Along with my TYT MD-380 Digital Mobile Radio, it allows me to talk to stations all over the world. I've been a licensed Amateur Radio Operator since 1986. I've been an Extra Class for 10 years now. My living situation prohibits me from having outside antennas. Thus, I cannot jump on the HF bands to make contact. With this hotspot, I no longer have to tie up the local repeater to make world-wide contacts. My hotspot is tied into the Brandmeister Network, and I frequent talkgroup 91 World Wide. I most recently made contact with Sidney ZS5SID in South Africa. Now it's all together and hooked to my network, I can kick back and enjoy its rewards.

Great
Perfect. Used it in my Amiga 500 for my RGBtoHDMI adapter - works well.

Worked
Used it to replace a Pi Zero that had a worn out power port. Unfortunately it was not compatible with the MMDVM top hat.
