Case is Very slim but offers good protection and great tactile feel
I’ve been using the PITAKA case for my iPhone 16 Pro Max and I’m seriously impressed. It’s incredibly slim and lightweight, but still feels premium and solid in hand. The design is clean and attractive without being flashy — exactly what I was looking for. What really sold me was the durability. My phone actually fell off the roof of my SUV onto the driveway (completely my fault), and I was expecting the worst. The phone was perfectly fine. The case only had a few small scratches — no cracks, no damage to the phone itself. That alone made it worth every penny. I switched from a Torras case that I had been using for over a year, and honestly this feels like an upgrade in both design and quality. If you want something super slim that still protects when it counts, this is it. Only Drawback is that there is no integrated kickstand but that is the tradeoff for a super slim design. Highly recommend.

Best minimalist case I’ve ever owned
I’ve owned iPhones since the 3G and have upgraded nearly every year. Always been a fan of minimalist cases because I don’t like the additional bulk, and I’m typically pretty careful with not scratching or dropping my phones. I just want a case that’s ultra slim, has added grip since the iPhones are really slippery, and doesn’t have any protruding edges to get in the way when swiping towards the edges of the display. I’ve tried many cases throughout the years, and they all have their pros/cons. The couple of ultra slim cases on top of my list are the Peel/Torras and Spigen Thin Fit cases. While the Peel/Torras cases are probably the thinnest I’ve owned, they offer zero protection other than to prevent scratching, but the biggest issue I have with them is how slippery the cases are. In fact, I found them to be even more slippery than the phone itself. Then came the Spigen Thin Fit, which was actually my go-to for a couple iPhone upgrades. It was thin and offered a soft-touch type of grip which I really liked. Over time, however, the thin portions of the edges such as around the volume buttons would crack, and the corners would start wearing out. These were more cosmetic issues, but the case overall served me well, and I appreciated the stealth black aesthetics. The all-black Spigen case was starting to look a little bland after a few years, and then I came across Pitaka. I’ve always loved the carbon fiber look, and so their cases instantly caught my eye. The price was tough to swallow compared to the other cases I mentioned above, but not too much more compared to the bulkier cases from other name brand case manufacturers. Seeing I’m paying for it only once every time I got a new phone, I decided to try it out, and I’m super glad I did. I’ve been a Pitaka fan since I got their first case for my iPhone 8, and I’ve exclusively bought their cases ever since all the way up to the current iPhone 16 Pro. Their minimalist cases have all been a perfect fit, with enough grip, minimal edges to not get in the way of swiping around the display edges, outstanding aesthetics, and long term durability. I’ve especially always loved how the bottom of the case has zero edges because I swipe up so often from the bottom, but others have disliked the lack of protection. This year, they took it one step further and added coverage on the bottom, but they didn’t make the bottom edge sit as high up as the other sides so you’d continue not to feel the case when swiping up. I love their attention to detail such as this. Another thing they did was embed magnets to this thin case so that your magsafe accessories attach sturdily. In prior years, they had two case models: an ultra thin air case without magnets, and a magsafe case that has magnets but is a little thicker and heavier. This year, they were able to have an ultra thin case with embedded magnets, doing away with needing another thicker, heavier model if you wanted magnets. I’ve had numerous products from Pitaka over the years - from each of their iPhone case iterations, to their car mount chargers and their Apple charging station, and none have disappointed. They’re all carefully thought through to be practical, functional, durable, and to look good. Their customer support is also always super responsive if you have questions or need help. Pitaka will be my go-to for all Apple accessories for years to come.

Pitaka offers you the protection you need without disrupting the premium feel in hand
So you get a new phone, open up box and are like WoW. Feels great looks great and the first thoughts in your mind are I need to protect this like a baby. So many cases to pick from that offer minimum protection to maximum protection. Many come with the issue of giving you a poorer quality in hand do to the materials that are used to make the case. You loose that solid premium feel of the side metal and buttons or just rough spots on case. Your phone is protected but you feel like u are holding a candy bar or rough brick. With this design the bulk stays with the cheaper cases and quality thin material of Aramid Fiber (five times lighter than steel and five times stronger) is used here to provide max protection on falls and leaving all the quality that you first felt right where you want it … in your hands and not covered up. The sides of the phone are the least point of impact. When it falls you will hit corners which are all covered, flat back which is covered or face first which I hope you have a screen protector installed. So you are perfectly covered with this case and dont loose any premium feel. There are no rough edges, just smooth comfort in any angle you grab the phone. On top of that, the look is just as attractive as the feel. Thank you for adding the weave collection to add even more flavor to an already attractive case. This case is not just MagSafe compatible but it has built in magnets to add to the MagSafe magnetic pull which is ideal for when you are relying on MagSafe with your car mount. I have no issues at all with this dropping off my car mount when on a bumpy drive. On the inside of the case you see the MagSafe circle and then you don’t see the normal line under it but I was informed that was just a design devision and that strip that I believe works with MagSafe wallets is still built into the case. I have also tried with a MagSafe wallet with no issues. Apple ewallet also works seamlessly with case on with no interruptions of being able to check out with a quick slide on your phone. I have read some reviews about the camera rim which is lifted and protects camera lens when laid on the table. Pitaka made an advancement with it on this variation of cases as instead of plastic they are using metal to offer further protection and avoid any cracking. Some people have mentioned there is a rattle or movement with that metal rim within the case. As you can see with the two cases I have, I was not able to duplicate that issue, with a phone either in or out of case that camera rim is solid in place. I can only assume those were some defective ones during protection and people should reach out to Pitaka for a warranty replacement. Thank You for not only putting all your efforts into your products but also on ways to help protect the environment with your changes to the packaging, made with a 100% biodegradable material. I couldn’t find a better case to compliment my iPhone anymore !! Well done yet once again!! Customer for life !!

Minimalist high quality case that feels luxurious to the touch.
I recently purchased the PITAKA MagEZ Case 3 for my iPhone 14 Pro and I love it! It's incredibly thin and light, so it adds almost no bulk to my phone and fits perfectly in my pocket. Plus, it has a minimalist design that I really appreciate. The high quality feel of the material is also something that caught my attention. It's made of a combination of aramid fiber and polycarbonate, so it feels really solid and secure. I also really like the carbon fiber look of the case. It's got a modern and sleek look that will make your iPhone 14 Pro stand out. I get a lot of compliments on it whenever I take out my phone. The case protects all the corners, but there is a cutout such that the front side top and bottom edges of the phone are not protected. As well as the front side of where the buttons are. It's a bit of a tradeoff to get a case that is super light and thin and maintains the look and feel of the original Iphone 14 Pro. Finally, the material used to make this case is top-notch, it feels luxurious and gives a premium touch to your phone. Holding my phone with this case on feels like I'm holding a piece of art. Sometimes I just hold it in my hand and rub it just appreciating how nice it is. All in all, if you're looking for a high-quality, protective, and stylish case for your iPhone 14 Pro, look no further than the PITAKA MagEZ Case 3. It's the whole package!

Pitaka Continues to Evolve
In the interest of disclosure: I have been using Pitaka cases for almost 8 years now. Starting with the Galaxy S8, then the iPhone 11, the iPhone 13 Pro, and now the iPhone 16 Pro. The good: If you want a good Aramid fiber case, this is a good place to start looking. There are competitors en masse now but in my experience, few are doing it like Pitaka. The bad: Pitaka is making their branding bigger on their cases which reduces the special feeling their case used to have. Now it's just another case with marketing on it. To compensate, the prices have come down. I would pay more for an unbranded case of comparable quality if one existed. The bottom line: There are other makers of aramid cases now. Pitaka is not the only name in the game. But when it comes to cutouts, weight, and finished product, they are the ones I feel most confident in. In past reviews, I have praised Pitakas unwavering commitment to function and design. I have, since using these cases for so long, come to believe the easier it is to hold your phone, the less protective a case can be. While it may not be a perfect case, I gladly take the tradeoff to have a lighter, easier to access phone from my pocket. The case when new is slippery but as its surface becomes "seasoned" it becomes a lot more grippy. The cutouts give my fingers a large index to know where they are with respect to the buttons. Something most cases do a poor job of. This case is a bit of a departure from older stylings that favored angled cutouts in favor of straight cutouts. This has the benefit of reducing exposure as there is more coverage and allows the case to be more tight. The downside is that theres less of a finger ramp to let yourself know where your fingers are with respect to the buttons. We all want our phones to have protection and this case offers some protection. A new experience for me is the metal ring around the camera bump. A nice touch but I have already nicked the sharp edge in a drop and do not expect this to remain looking perfect. If you do happen to drop your phone, as long as it's not from excessive heights, the case will do a fine job in combination with a glass screen protector. Replace it as is necessary. Similar to a screen protector (and any case for that matter), this is a sacrificial layer. If you are prone to dropping your phone this is not the case for you. I miss the original bare styling of Pitaka. I wish they could go back but understand why they may not be able to. And I cannot in good conscience remove a star for a product that is otherwise excellent.

Great ultra-thin case!
I just got an iPhone 16 Pro, and I was looking for an ultra-thin case that was MagSafe compatible. I was tempted to buy the Torras case for $30 less, but considering the cost of the phone, I decided to go with a premium brand. After looking at video reviews of several ultra-thin cases, I liked this case the best. Ignore those negative reviews that say it doesn't protect the phone's screen. The bezel of the case is just slightly higher than the screen, so there is no danger of damage if your phone is screen side down on a flat surface. If you put a screen protector on your phone, the thickness of the protector raise it above the bezel of the case, so the case will not protect your screen protector. Obviously, an ultra-thin case like this is going to provide on minimal protection from drops. This case is for someone who isn't accident-prone, and will primarily protect the phone from scratches and general wear and tear. The case is super easy to install but difficult to remove. It will never separate from the phone on its own. I tried to follow PItka's removal instructions, but couldn't get the case off. I finally found a video review of the case that suggested pushing up on the inside of the camera array while pulling down on that corner of the case. This allowed for easier removal. The case comes with shims that may improve the fit of your phone in the case, but I didn't see any need to install them. I love the look and feel of the case, with the exception of the Pitaka logo. I wish Pitaka either eliminated to logo or else used darker ink for it to make its appearance more subtle. The MagSafe feature works well and the charger firmly attaches to the back of the case. I like the generous cut-outs that allow you to easily press all the phone's buttons and use the new camera control. The fabric material that the case is made from allows a good grip on the phone; it feels much more secure than without a case. One confusing feature of the case is its NFC chip. The case's instructions tell you to scan the chip with your phone. Scanning the NFC brings up a product registration screen that requires entering the case's serial number. After much searching, I finally found the serial number on the inside of the silver ring that protects the camera array. After entering all the data, you receive a confirmation that your case is legitimate. The whole process seems a bit silly, and needlessly adds to the cost of the case. If you are looking for an ultra-thin case, and are willing to live with the minimal level of protection it will supply, then I highly recommend this one.

Sleek, Lightweight, and Premium Protection – Pitaka StarPeak MagEZ Case 4 is Worth It!
I’ve been using the Pitaka case for a few weeks now, and I’m incredibly impressed. As someone who loves a minimalist aesthetic but also values protection and functionality, this case ticks all the boxes. It’s not just a phone case; it’s a statement piece that adds both style and durability to my device. Design and Aesthetics – Beautiful and Unique The first thing that caught my eye was the Milky StarPeak design. Pitaka’s attention to detail is truly impressive — the subtle swirls of white against the carbon fiber texture give the case a sophisticated, almost futuristic look. It’s a case that easily stands out without being flashy. The glossy finish complements the phone perfectly, enhancing its natural design instead of hiding it. If you’re someone who appreciates premium aesthetics, this case is a perfect blend of elegance and modern style. Plus, the thin profile ensures your phone still feels sleek and easy to handle. Lightweight Yet Durable One of the standout features of the Pitaka MagEZ Case 4 is its lightweight construction. Made from 600D aramid fiber, it offers the strength and durability of carbon fiber without adding unnecessary bulk. I was pleasantly surprised by how thin and light it feels, yet it still provides excellent protection against scratches and minor drops. Despite its slimness, the case doesn’t compromise on toughness. The material is highly resistant to wear and tear, maintaining its pristine look even after daily use. It also has a slightly textured surface that enhances grip, which I personally love because it minimizes the chances of accidental drops. MagSafe Compatibility – Seamless and Secure One of the primary reasons I chose this case was its MagSafe compatibility, and it did not disappoint. The embedded magnets are strong, ensuring a secure connection to my MagSafe charger and accessories. I’ve used it with a MagSafe wallet and car mount, and both stayed firmly attached with no slipping or misalignment. Charging is equally efficient. The case doesn’t interfere with wireless charging at all, and I get the same charging speeds as I would without a case. It’s a seamless experience that makes using MagSafe accessories a breeze. Perfect Fit and Accessibility Pitaka did an excellent job ensuring the MagEZ Case 4 fits my phone like a glove. The cutouts are precisely aligned for the buttons, ports, and speakers, making everything easy to access. The raised camera lip provides additional protection for the lenses, which is a thoughtful touch for those of us who want to keep our camera glass scratch-free. The buttons remain tactile and responsive, and the slim bezels ensure the case doesn’t interfere with screen gestures. I appreciate how the case manages to maintain the original feel of the phone while adding a layer of protection. Sustainability and Quality Another aspect I respect about Pitaka is their commitment to sustainability. The use of aramid fiber not only ensures durability but also reduces plastic waste. The packaging was also minimal yet premium, adding to the overall eco-conscious experience. Minor Considerations While I’m thoroughly satisfied with this case, there are a couple of minor points to note: 1. Limited Drop Protection: Because it’s a slim case, it won’t provide the same heavy-duty protection as bulkier cases. If you’re someone prone to dropping your phone frequently, you might want to consider pairing it with a screen protector. 2. Fingerprint Visibility: The glossy finish does tend to attract fingerprints, but they wipe off easily with a microfiber cloth. Final Thoughts – Highly Recommended Overall, the Pitaka StarPeak MagEZ Case 4 - Milky is an excellent choice for those who value a premium aesthetic, MagSafe functionality, and a slim, lightweight feel. It offers reliable protection against scratches and minor drops without sacrificing the sleek look of your phone. If you’re looking for a high-quality case that complements your phone’s design and integrates perfectly with MagSafe accessories, I wholeheartedly recommend this one. It’s worth every penny for the peace of mind and style it provides.

Cons: ❌ Limited Drop Protection: While it protects against scratches and minor bumps, it isn’t designed for heavy-duty impact resistance. ❌ Price: A higher price point compared to basic cases, but justified by the premium materials and build quality. Performance and Usability: This case is ideal for users who want minimalist protection while showcasing their iPhone’s sleek design. The MagSafe functionality works perfectly, making it easy to use with compatible chargers and accessories. The aramid fiber construction adds a premium feel and a grippy texture that improves handling. During everyday use, the case protected my phone from scratches and scuffs without compromising its slim profile. Its premium construction, MagSafe compatibility, and elegant design make it an excellent investment for those who value both form and function. Highly recommended for minimalists who don’t want to compromise on quality.

Parfait

The BEST iPhone case I have ever used.
Superb texture and material. Amazing fit. I have always wanted to buy a PITAKA case for my iPhone and when I did it was the best choice I made. It feels as though there is no case at all.

Very attractive for scratch resistance but not for fall protection.
First and foremost this case offers almost no drop protection and is not designed for that. It’s to protect from scratches when laying your phone down on flat surfaces. It is exceptionally thin and very pretty. The cut outs for the speaker, buttons and charger are deliberately open meaning they work excellently. There is a slight lip above the screen which means you can lay it down face down without too many worries. My phone has a screen protector and the lip sits slightly above that too as per photo. The obnoxious camera bump on the latest iPhones is considered and the protection is not much more that it needs to be to maintain the minimal aesthetic. I’ve owned many Pitaka products over the years and the build quality is always exceptional. I’ve owed previous iterations of this case as well and an older one that didn’t have MagSafe incorporated. Because it was so thin it still worked ok but this latest version has MagSafe built in. This is a valuable addition and now works really well. In summary, if minimum design for scratch protection is what you’re looking for then this is ideal. It isn’t cheap but screams of quality and the new designs are very pretty too.

Muy bonita
Hace que el móvil no ocupe tanto espacio y además tiene los botones libres así no hace falta preocuparse por tener que pulsar fuerte. Tema MagSafe ningún problema, va a la perfección.
