Purchased Nitro Pro 13 recently, the customer service person was very helpful and supportive and helped me in installing the software. Not working as stated/expected..

They provide a serial number over a what's app chat. Then that doesn't work when we try to activate. Then we have to contact them for support. They will send you a complicated process to activate. Also they try to push many times for remote connectivity of your device. Other option is copy paste the certificate which contains your system information. It's a spam.
