Not Breaking?! Not Bad!
So I have been known to look around for the best deals and for the money at the time, this was a steal.indo not claim to know the price or value of the product now but I do know it's of the absolute best quality.. I knocked it off my magnetic stirrer onto the hard tile and it's still here to tell the tale. So,I would definitely buy again and recommend to others.. 10out of 10

Great quality scientific beaker. Pours nice and has clear measurement markings that are easy to read when measuring acids and other liquids. Thank you!

Not borosilicate. One light tap cracked the bottom off
One light tap against a ceramic surface cracked the entire bottom clean off. NOT Borosilicate glass, no way no how.

Could be good, but do not reccommend for hot applications
I've been testing a few 2L beakers for use with my hot plate. First, this is the thinnest beaker I tested. It's not bad and still feels solid, but I'm not sure I want to be filled with anything dangerous. On the good side this has the nicest scale and is reasonably accurate. The only one that's on par with brand-name beakers. My main issue however is that the bottom has a significant bubble in it which limits contact with hot plates etc.. If I were only working within a few degrees of room temperature I would consider using this beaker, but since I plan to cook with it this will not work.
