Hi here is the housing's wide and tall of the different light. 100W the width is 12.1'' and the height is 8.3''; 150W the width is 13.8'' and the height is 9.5''; 200W/240W the width is 17'' and the height is 11.5''.

How hot will the fixture get, can i mount it close to my home?

It doesn’t get hot, I installed it on my vynal panel for backyard and works great.
