It works
It’s actually worked and removed most of the psoriasis on my daughters head after 7 months of using medicated shampoos & it actually smells really nice. Thumbs up.

i can't use perfumed shampoo on my scalp, for me this shampoo cleans and conditions, and soothes itchy scalp. quite strong sort of coal tar smell.
