Very pleased with this coffee maker! Easy to use and has a 2 hour auto shut-off, unlike the rest of those on the market with a 40 minute timer. The coffee remains hot and restarting the timer is just a simple push of a button. This machine appears to be of a higher quality to those I have had to purchase in the past. It is more expensive but worth the outlay.

Great coffee , easy to use & clean so convenient

I am something of a filter coffee addict and my old machine stopped working and I was horrified to find they were no longer making them so, after searching around, I bought this. It is robust and makes excellent filter coffee. I think the programming is a little too complex and after two months I am still not sure of all the settings (I like a slower drip and the instructions imply you set it each time, but the indicator seems to stay on). It has plenty of capacity, is easy to clean, and the jug is robust and I don't think will break that easily. It keeps the coffee hot for 2 hours and keeps good flavour and then switches off automatically, or you can turn it off manually before that. It brews quite quickly, and you have controls for a faster or slower drip--I think! There are other options for turning on automatically if you want to get up to fresh coffee but I've never used these. Overall, I'm very happy with it I just don't use most of the programmable functions. After two months of use, I certainly have no regrets in buying this.

A fantastic coffee maker at a very reasonable price. Well designed and easy to use. The programmable timer function is a godsend; waking up to the smell of freshly-brewed coffee is surely one of life's greatest pleasures. Would highly recommend.

Bought this for work, had it for about 6 months and is used daily for at least 2 jugs per day, Monday to Friday, still working perfectly, keeps it hot for 4 hours after brewing and beeps loudly to tell you it's about to turn the hotplate off so you can get a last cup before it goes cold. Love it and would buy again, recommended. Coffee comes out perfectly, I bought some large paper filters B06Y649D5C to go with it and some water filters B0D5QSG7PR and coffee of your choice.

After lots of searching I picked this option. The coffee comes out as my previous coffee maker so no difference in quality. However, there is a filter in the water tank which will need replacing at some point. I expect it's there to help with water quality and therefore make a decent coffee, but I'm in a supersoft water area so I doubt I need it, except the coffee maker won't function without it. I'll have to wait to see if it starts telling me it needs replacing. Also, my old machine kept the coffee hot for 4 hours and this is only 2 hours, the longest period I could find, but as it's half what I'm used to I either need to drink more frequently or make much smaller lots (which will use up more coffee filters). I know filters are a choice but are much easier to clean. Generally, it's a good machine and easy to use

This machine has revolutionised my coffee making , it is fantastic for serving a few people instead of a cafetière, it also does small volume's. It makes lovely coffee. High quality( mine is stainless steel), looks fabulous. Easy to use. Just what I was looking for , it’s perfect.

We had a quite a time looking for a white coffee pot. I know there are a lot of black/red/stainless units out there, probably to avoid any staining. This pot is white and stainless. Our kitchen is all white appliances so anything else looks out of place. We kind of balked at the need to get filters for the machine, but when my husband had his first cup - of the coffee he's had for years - he said, THIS is the BEST cup of coffee I've had in a LONG time. I would attribute that to the filters, and yes, a new pot. It's programmable which was a must, and has a 1-4 cup feature (haven't used yet, but ideal option), comes with a gold cone filter (my fussy hubby wanted). We were a little alarmed - well he was - when the machine beeped 5 times indicating coffee ready. However, he gets up earlier than I do, and I simply do not hear it a floor up, and our bedroom is not directly over the kitchen. I've heard it once or twice - not bad. Anyhow, I highly recommend this Kenmore coffee pot. It had GREAT reviews and I would say that the price is a lot more reasonable than other more bougie brand names, but has similar if not superior results - a really great cup of coffee. You can get the filters for the water reservoir on amazon too - a dozen for $16. We haven't had to change it yet. There is a feature on the coffee maker that will alert you to when you have to change the filter - the guide that came with says every 70 brewing cycles, 3 beeps will sound and a CHANGE FILTER message will blink in the control panel. There is a Filter Reset button indicator on the front panel that will also illuminate. So, it's a no brainer when to change the filter. We've had the coffee pot for about 30 days now. Anyhow, yep, we love it - you will too.

Love this machine, looks great on my countertop and in my all white kitchen. Love the program setting so my coffee is ready when I come down in the morning on time. Gives me extra time to get other things done and have my coffee at home instead of on the go.

Looks great on the counter in my white kitchen and makes great coffee. I love the #4 cone filters this unit uses rather than the pleated basket filters typically found on 12 cup coffee makers. Be warned however, that when it is done brewing the coffee it sounds off with an extremely loud notifier. Late sleepers in the house may find this annoying, my wife certainly did. The horn is through hole soldered onto a circuit board behind the top brushed aluminum trim, same circuit board as the buttons and display. It easy enough to dissemble to access the board to de-solder and remove the horn. I didn't need the horn since I can tell the coffee is ready by looking at the clear glass carafe.

Looks nice but whenever this coffee maker is done brewing or powering off it does this ANNOYING beeping sound to alert you, like we all want beeping waking up the house at 5am? There is no way to turn off this wretched beeping, if I knew in advance that this machine was going to be the noisiest coffee maker ever I wouldn’t have purchased!

Have had this over a year now and still works like a charm. Looks good on my counter too. Only con is there is no pause feature.
