Top quality product! I’ve been taking another brand of magnesium L-Theronate for about a year with some benefit but not very noticeable. I recently switched to this brand, the difference has been very noticeable…like WOW! I take 3 with dinner and now I’m sleeping deeply through the night, waking up feeling refreshed. My mind feels sharper too, more alert during the day. So glad I found this brand, it’s a winner.

Overall I'd say it's good, but it doesn't make me sleepy or tired. It feels like my sleep is lighter, and according to my Fitbit my sleep quality is lower when I take this right before bed. But maybe I need to take more than a single dose? 🤷 Really if your goal is to restore your magnesium stores this seems like a good supplement with few drawbacks. No laxative side effects. Seems to reduce muscle tension caused by vit d supplementation. The main downside is the capsules are huge and a single dose is 3x of them. It makes me feel like I'm taking a lot. In terms of sleep, I had better luck with my magnesium citramate from Thorne. But it had the laxative effect.

Sleep has drastically improved right away. These magnesium pills work much better than some of the other ones ive tried. Feel a lot more calm through out the day as well.

Seems like a quality product. Feel slightly more relaxed as I take it before bed. Not really sure if I feel that big of an impact. Quality-wise seems good but expensive.

This might be quite an effective product but the communication on how/when to use would definitely go a long way.
