Dell OptiPlex 7060 Micro Desktop Business PC, Intel Core i5-8500T 2.1GHz, 16GB, 512GB SSD, USB Type-C, Windows 11 (Renewed), Black

I ordered this for my wife for when she's working from home. Couple days a week she works from home and this connects to our infrastructure perfectly and is plenty fast to do what she needs to in order to be productive. Very pleased with this purchase. Its also a capable little machine for what little computer use she needs at home. I slapped Office on it and a few other utilities that she needed and got her a couple 32" displays and she's got a great little system that can do anything she needs. If she wakes up and wants to be a gamer I'm going to have a problem. ;) I love these little Dell systems. I have a couple at work for various things, they're small, quick, power efficient, and don't occupy a bunch of desk space. You really can't beat them for the cost/performance value. It's perfectly silent, I couldn't ask for more.

Laptops are relatively fragile and prone to damage, so have this as a backup for our 2. It's a very capable PC with a small footprint.

Horrible product. Both the unit with a warranty. System crashed after 3 months. Amazon warranty was not honored because it was under manufacture warranty. Called Dell as Amazon said and they would not help because it was listed to government account and I would have to have it transferred to my. Name Really, how the hell do you do that. Got screwed on this one. Now who do I call?

I bought two, one worked great the other had an issue with the power port and kept shutting off. Had to return it for a refund. Still using one of them at almost a year and no complaints with it.

This is a good computer. The number of ports it has for USB and monitors is probably standard. I'll need to add a docking station and/or a USB hub.

I was unsure about purchasing a renewed computer but have had no issues so far. Runs great, like new!

I bought this to replace my old Windows 10 PC that pre-dates TPM support, and therefore cannot run Windows 11. Things started out well -- the Dell Optiplex booted into Windows 11, and I happily began installing the programs that I regularly used on my Windows 10 PC.At some point, Windows started warning me that some sort of error was being detected on the SSD even though it continued to boot and run OK. I booted from a thumb drive, ran CHKDSK, and the warnings stopped. I thought all was well.About 1.5 months later, the PC failed to boot. The BIOS message said no bootable device had been found. I ran the F2 dell diagnostics, and got the following result: error code 20000151 incorrect status=32. The diagnostics said I should replace the hard drive.I contacted STG customer support and asked them to send me a replacement SSD. They offered me these two options:Option 1: We can provide you with a $30 partial refund, which you can use towards the purchase of a new SSD.Option 2: We can replace your SSD for you. In this case, a shipping label with detailed instructions would be sent for the return to our warehouse in Niagara Falls, NY, when you drop off the package at the post office. A replacement SSD would be shipped out to you.I explained that I could avoid losing all the time I had spent installing programs if they would send me the replacement drive before I returned the defective drive since I could clone the defective drive's data to the replacement drive before returning it to STG. They said that STG's return process does not allow this.I then said I'd exercise option 1 instead, and take a refund towards buying a replacement drive, but my research had indicated that their $30 offer seemed insufficient. I asked whether they could bump that up to $40, and STG replied that they would do this if I sent them a copy of the receipt when I purchased the new drive.I bought a replacement SSD, and sent them my receipt for the $42 I spent. Rather than the promised $40, they sent me a refund for $37.74. I have no idea where this number came from, but it wasn't worth any more of my time to argue about $2.26. Even though in the end, I got the PC working again, the overall debug time, and time spent negotiating with STG makes me regret having used STG in the first place.

Computer was clean (inside and out), came with a new keyboard and mouse (which I haven't used yet), and had Windows 11 Pro installed. It came up and activated. OS updates took a while, but that's expected. Seems to run just fine. A great value for the price. It's got a 2021 manufacture date, but it has plenty of memory and SSD space, and plenty of CPU power for the light-duty usage for which I bought it, replacing a 2011 HP model that can't be upgraded to Win11 (and was feeling unbearably slow).

The PC seems to be fine. But it is not the one I ordered. I ordered the 7060 as shown here, but was sent a 5060 instead. I sent a problem with order notice pointing this out. But did not hear back from the seller. For now I am going to keep the PC as everything seems in working order and it was received in like new condition. But would be nice if seller responded to their notice.

Poor quality, especially the sound
