Each watch cube's size for this SONGMICS watch box is 3.3 x 2.3 in/83.5 x 58.5 mm.

can you remove the cushions for the rings?

This is a men's watch box (see description), and the top section is primarily for watches. Since my husband has only two watches, he uses the pillows to wrap chains around, so they won't get tangled. The cushions are too large for rings. Yes, the pillows are removable.
