After soldering all the parts, only led 2 turns on, and there is no spark at the end of the secondary coil. any help?

How many turns should be on the large wire primay coil? Clockwise or counterclockwise?

1. The Tesla coil has an upward mark and is placed upward. 2. The one without marked end is welded L2. 3. The primary long line, the L1 welding place is the bottom, starting from the direction of the heat sink, around the Tesla coil 3 circles (the excess lines can be cut off), after 3 circles are completed, solder to the solder joint next to the LED1.
