Perfect for the tarts and creme puffs I made. No real flavor so it worked perfectly

Perfect bite size shells.
I filled these with ready-to-eat cheesecake and topped them with a dollop of lemon pie filling to take to a family reunion. Even though they had sat out for a couple of hours, the shells still had a nice crunch. A nice, perfect-sized bite. They were a big hit.

Used to make small apple tarts for a tea group!
These were wonderful and easy!! I made 92 mini apple tarts! I put the shells onto cookie sheets to warm! I took a real quick short cut for the apples. Three cans of Comstock apple pie filling. I chopped it up to small pieces , put in a pan and heated filling and filled each cup! They were a big hit and didn’t get soft or fall apart! I will order these again!

Very small sized phyllo cups
The photo is very deceiving! The phyllo cups are the size of a mini Reese’s cup. The photo shows 2 mini mozzarella cheese balls on the filled cup -there is no possible way that can happen!! I’m very disappointed in the size of and since it’s not returnable- I’m stuck with them.
