I have noticed a difference in my hair and nails growing quicker. I have not noticed a difference in my joints yet, but hopeful that I will. The med spa that I go to recommended this Bovine collagen.

Good product
so far so good. collagen is supposed to be good for many things including joints, skin, hair etc. no real side effects other than some gas when getting started so I dropped to 1 per day for a week. Can cause you to rip some big ones but other than that, no issues

This collagen supplement is good!
I have been taking this every day for a month, and I actually “see “a difference in my hair and males and even my face! My skin looks softer, and my fine lines have diminished, I am lazy with my skincare, but I cleanse daily and use a good serum at night. I am getting to the point where I am feeling confident enough not to use foundation… And that is a big deal for me! There is no bad taste, easy to swallow small capsules, seems to be working on my skin, hair and nails – price is good compared to many other supplements I have used. Good product for the money, I plan on ordering again and keeping it as a part of my daily regimen.
