I have a back problem and have tried numerous aids in the past. This item is elasticated and can be adjusted to get the best for you. It offers a little support, but the main reason for getting it was the heated relief. It has magnets in the back which is what provides the heat, which means there's no need for charging it or using battery or power banks. The first time I wore it, it didn't get that hot, the 2nd time, and each time after that the heat is really noticeable, so much so that I have had to remove because I was getting too hot, but, I was indoors. This would really benefit someone who is out in the cold a lot. Ive wore it over a thin t-shirt which is more comfortable. This item really is a godsend, if you require heat treatment for pain relief, it's also great value for money compared to heat packs that can only be used once. I wouldn't let someone who is vulnerable use this as it may cause discomfort if they can't remove it themselves.

So my honest opinion once you wear it to do let's say your house chores or your daily errands ,this does help with back pain. the only thing is that wearing it all day or some time it gets a little uncomfortable but this helps with the pain, and it's a good quality belt with reasonable price. Wearing it under the clothes you do feel the heat and it's not comfortable at all so I just wear it over it.

Well pleased it's great it's very useful to have also makes me feel better and surcure good support and warm, does the job no probs. Helps me getting thorough the hours during work.

Wow, the heat coming off this thing is INSANE!! Got a medium as wanted it to be tight and it was, I'm a 32 waist if that helps. Not only does it offer support, this thing is glowing hot on me so no need for a hot water bottle. Bargain at 6 quid as well, can't go wrong

Hmm, ok for lower back pains, but after 6days when pain go the belt git ugly and i trow it. Good for one time use only.

Not suitable for Ankylosing spondylitis or any condition where the lower spine is fused or damaged. I bought this purely because the reviews were very good and I liked the idea of a self heating back support. Firstly, my belt creates hardly any heat at all which was a disappointment and secondly the design of the belt creates a lot of restriction when it comes to movement which is not ideal. Holding the lower back in one position forces the spine into an unnatural position which worsens pain. Thankfully the belt was cheap and didn’t cause me as much financial pain as it did back pain.

I don’t know how the science works behind this product but it’s great, it sits really nicely, the magnets somehow create a lot of heat at the front and back (which is amazing for young women) I have agonising back pains and this keeps my back in a good position and helps with the pain really well. I wore it at work all day today and it really helped with the heavy lifting and moving around I had to do. Highly recommend especially for this price!

Faccio questa recensione perché la fascia di per sé è una normale fascia, se avete problemi alla schiena bassa non è il massimo perché bisogna metterla molto bassa, e essendo i fianchi più larghi della vita, capita che nella zona appena sopra i glutei la fascia non sia molto aderente. I magneti fanno caldo solo se aderiscono bene, ma fanno tanto caldo!! Quindi suggerisco in questo caso di problemi lombari di mettersi sdraiati a pancia sopra, o usarla durante la notte, scalda veramente molto, sentirete la differenza. Le recensioni negative dove dicono che non scalda è per questo motivo, deve aderire bene alla pelle dove sono i magneti !!! Non deve essere appena appoggiata altrimenti è inutile.Se invece avete problemi alla parte centrale della schiena farà sicuramente caldo anche da in piedi o seduti, perché riuscirete a farla aderire stringendo le fibbie. Come ha scritto qualcuno, prendete una taglia in più della vostra, almeno una taglia in più

Cogí una talla M siendo yo una 36, me va bien, puedo apretarla bien, es más estrecha que la mayoría por lo que la puedo usar por la calle y no te hace sudar tanto como las normales, si quieres que caliente tienes que humedecerla con un trapo húmedo por donde están las bolas magnéticas, calienta hasta llegar a escocer un poco. Por el precio, satisfecha con la compra, de momento no me calma el dolor lumbar pero porque es un dolor muy fuerte crónico.
