There was a pleasant chill early this morning, not Dilli ki sardi types but say 18-19. And I had a massive craving for a mentholated touch. I was in half and to bring out my favourite soap (sissy Peppermint) but tobacco addiction prevails. Shave with cold water splash Cremo peppermint pre-shave Used Pearl Hammer CC razor on Romer 7 handle (medium aggressive to aggressive close comb) with Supermax diamond edge blade - excellent combination (for me). Note - blade on its 7th use today. Captain Nemo Tambaku shaving soap (hooked) applied using Boti motherlode 28 on UrbanMooch marble handle shaving brush (synthetic) - face lather First pass - with the grain Second pass - across on the cheeks and jaw and with on the neck Alum (used on one spot) Used the left over lather in the brush as a face wash. Post shave included application of Park Avenue after shave lotion (extra cool and lovely burn) followed by application of Lacto Calamine gel (light indeed) Note : with oily skin in this humid city, I prefer to not use a balm. However ,In the supposed winters of the city, Ponds light moisturizer works well. But this year, I am trying the super light moisturizing gel by Lacto Calamine. As this is a gel, it is easier to spread (gives me a few seconds before it starts getting absorbed). There is a hint of a funny sting but it does not make the application uncomfortable. I have been using this moisturizer since 3 to 4 years and have oily skin so what a based moisturizer is definitely good for my skin it makes me feel so fresh and it doesn't leave my skin oily and my skin appears to look so good and the quality is sooo good . It give instant hydration

I’ve been using this moisturizer for some time now, and it’s decent for everyday use. It feels light on the skin and helps with basic oil control, especially in humid weather. However, the hydration is not very long-lasting, and it may not suit very dry skin. While it does give a slightly fresh and matte look, I didn’t notice any major improvement in my skin overall. It’s okay for the price, but there are better options available.

TALKING ABOUT THE POSITIVES -it is light weight -it is non-greasy - it is affordable MY OPINION ON OTHER'S NEGATIVE REVIEW - "it darken skin after using this " for me NO , I think they are not using sunscreen but even though without sunscreen it doesn't darken skin - "it has unpleasant fragrance " not really but if you think it has it goes away in some time MY NEGATIVE REVIEW - it irritates skin if you apply this after threading or shaving (but again it's like cheap af) does more than expected.
