The package arrived promptly, despite the snowy weather! It was already charged when it arrived, so no need to plug in before use. It was really easy to use and the results far exceeded my expectations. I have used a lint remover previously and this was far superior and removed many more 'bobbles' than any other product, and my jumpers came out like new!! There were replacement blades provided (x3), a cleaning brush and an alternate head so plenty of options for different garments. There was also a storage pouch, so you can keep all the items together. Fabulous product and I highly recommend.

Impressed, a big upgrade from my old one. Worth the money, especially compared to some others on the market. I bought another one before this one. But the collection compartment was too small, about the size of a cotton wool ball It definitely performs well and I have included with review a photo. The photo shows my cardigan. You can see the difference between both sides, one defuzzed and the other not. Amazing how it has transformed the cardigan, ready to wear.. Will look a bit smarter. It is very easy to use and the ergonomics of the design work well, with a lovely smooth feel. Easy to operate, with a clear display showing what the battery percentage is. It is easy to empty, not a big fluff collector. I just keep checking how full the bin is. Easy to take apart and clean. So I will be defuzzing more items.

This item works well if you are prepared to work hard and patiently with it, paying particular attention to the thickness of each item and moving the blade according to the delicacy of some and thickness of other items. I spent a morning de-bobbling all of my jumpers, laying them carefully on my ironing board. I was pleased with the results. I passed the blade very lightly over seams and embroidered parts so as not to tear them. Tuck any loose threads or pulls back through to the inside of the garment before you start. The charge lasted through my shaving 7 sweaters. The only criticism is the size of the collecting box, it is very small so needs emptying often so I would advise having a bin by your side. Absolutely brilliant ! I had a 240v mains one before that just about worked but took ages and ages. This one charges quickly and battery lasts for way over an hour; maybe hour and half. It works perfectly and is so fast. I waited for a few months before reviewing and can recommend it 100%

We have tried several of these and this works by far the best. It comes with extra blades and an alternative head, plus pouch, cable and cleaning brush. Easy to hold and operate and simple to clean and empty. Recommended.

This simple lightweight device is a brilliant and does exactly as it says it does. I will now be able to restore coats, jumpers and sweatshirts to looking new. Battery seems to go on forever. Easy to empty and clean too. Just note to be extra careful on delicate items and try not to dig too deep.

I would give 5 stars for it because it's a great piece of household to have, get the job done in less than 5 minutes. But after an less than hour stopped working. As I'm an hobbyist electronic, I wanted to check what's happened, and it seems that is poor cables solder and quality of cables are not high standards. I had to fixed myself, it took only seconds but not all people are capable of doing that.

Good product at a good price, does exactly as described, removes bobbles easily and brings clothes looking up great.
