What is the scanning range?

This is a standard range wired scanner. The "range" is dependent more on the size of the label. The window this device looks at is a square vs a rectangle. It will scan both 1d and 2d barcodes, but very wide 1d barcodes can be more difficult.

hi, i bought this, and it just stopped working. its set up to clover. how can i fix it? or a number to call for help

Sorry to ask the obvious, but did you try re-booting the clover? Sometimes the USB port is looking for a keyboard in that slot.

This is exact item Clover uses but they state theirs is pre customized. Will this still work?

Ours did not. We had to get one from Clover that was programmed.
