I purchased the set of 3 buttons with 3 plugin receivers. It works flawlessly. Pairing was already complete and the volume at max setting can be heard very clearly. It works so well that I purchased another identical set. I have 6 buttons each paired with all 6 receivers. Pairing everything to work together was so easy. No other product I've found so far has that capability. This allows receiver placement in the basement, outside in both garages, and 3 positioned throughout the house. No more concerns about dead batteries in the receiver since it is a plugin device. You will know instantly if the button needs a battery if you don't hear the receiver alarm.I've tried 2 other products that were constantly failing to sound an alarm. The CallToU system is a blessing for our situation.

Great product. Worked right out of the box with no need to adjust or pair. Very clear instructions. Purchased tl have an alarm for husband during a stem cell transplant so not being used for elderly care but would have no reason to not recommend it for that use as well.

Works great, good volume

Seems to be expected quality of materials.-As far as the plastic, I would make sure to not plug it into an outlet that gets direct sunlight so it doesn't crack apart over time.-The buttons are a nice size but the rubber membrane over the button seems a bit thin and not sure how long it will hold up.-Something I noticed when pairing buttons to base was you can set different tones for each button. Set the tone you want first then pair the button. Select the next tone and pair a different button if you want. This will be handy for multiple people that use this or you can get the door chimes and know when a front or back door opens. Also you could set up a red button for emergency and the blue for 'could you come here'. I also added the wall mount pull stations which work in the same way. Just be sure to SELECT THE TONE YOU WANT FIRST EVERY TIME before pairing the next button. It goes back to 'ding dong' unless you change it before pairing the next button.-I put 1 receiver in my bedroom and other under my desk then walked around outside and had mom listen for it at key locations. This has impressive distance which I assume will reduce as the battery gets weaker so keep an eye on that if you need distance. Mailbox - check. Across the street - check. Neighbors house - check. Back of neighbors property - check. All the way to the edge of the field - Too far. So 300-400 feet is totally within the capabilities of this unit which had to go through a few walls too. I believe it has 4 volume settings and the only real downside to me is there are too many melodies instead of 'ringtone' type tones.-When attaching the lanyard, use the tool in the box to slide off the back, insert the loop from the outside then loop the other end of lanyard through loop on back side and cinch tight. Don't rely on just sliding it over the hook. It won't stay in place and could pop off with a tug. I'll add a pic if I can.-Whole set up was a bit pricey but it is a one time thing. No monthly subscriptions so I guess it could be worth it.

This is my second CallToU pager system, and that should tell you everything about how well it works. My mother suffered multiple strokes and is paralyzed, so having reliable communication is absolutely critical for us.The 500+ foot range means I can be anywhere in the house or even outside doing yard work and still hear when she needs help. The volume is loud enough that I never miss a call, and the 55 different ringtones help me distinguish it from other household sounds.What really sold me on buying a second unit was being able to put another receiver in a different room - now I have coverage upstairs and downstairs. The waterproof design has been a lifesaver too, as accidents happen and I don’t have to worry about the button getting wet.Setup was incredibly simple, and the fact that it just works every single time gives me the confidence to step away knowing Mom can reach me instantly. For anyone caring for a loved one with mobility issues, this system is worth every penny. The peace of mind alone makes it invaluable.Buying a second one says everything about reliability

This call button system is perfect. The sound is heard clearly throughout the house. The call button can be worn or tied around an item and keep nearby. Very easy setup.

My elderly father had surgery and my mom is his care taker. She wears hearing aids and when she takes them out at night she can’t hear anything. They are in separate bedrooms. We bought this with hopes that he could push the button and she might be able to hear it. We put the box on her nightstand and she can hear it in a deep sleep without hearing aids! It was really easy to set up and had a huge variety of sounds to choose from for the alarm. Best $20 spent! I don’t usually do reviews but I felt I had to! It’s hard being a caretaker so anything that can make it a little easier is important!

Well worth the purchase!Effective in a 2 story house especially.Serves senior parent needs for help and communication. Easy to use

I had to buy this because I fall all of the time and I often hurt myself. My son has the receiver in his room and he says just knowing I have it on me gives him peace of mind.I am 47 yes old but due to my conditions, I am very shakey and unsteady and I just fall over. Having this makes me feel safer and it calls upon my son rather than bothering the ambulance service ( which my old alarm did) it is small and simple to set up. I carry it in my little bag but it comes with a lanyard if you want to use that.
