12 Fresh New York Bagels - Everything

They were the most important thing in my head for so many years of my life. I never thought I'd see or taste them again and when I saw the pictures of them on your site I couldn't get them fast enough. I wasn't sure they would be the same as I had them in 1972 and when they came from NY I and ate one I was so happy because they were the ones I had eaten so many years ago. The one that I got was "Everything".It was so soft and chewy . I couldn't get Pat to eat the same kind but the one that is in the store here. I told him that he would love this one from NY and when he got the nerve to have it he couldn't get enough. We went through the box of 15 in about 8 or 9 days. So, I had to go to their website and order more. We decided to try different ones this order. I am so happy Amazon.com has the best of the best of all the ideas that I can get, and you can too.

good, tasted like those made in my youth BUT would be so much better if they came SLICED and they are somewhat expensive

Turned out perfect! My boyfriend grew up in NY near here and said they were the best baggies he’s had since he left 5 years ago!!

They smell good. But other than that they're not great. They're nothing like a real New York bagel my friend brought me one last week which is why I was craving another one. These are like store bought they have not much flavor at all. I would say save your money. Or have a friend send them to you from New York. Really disappointed. On the bright side they did come right away. Sadly they just aren't good!

I have ordered bagels from some places that have huge gaping holes in them. I am a baker and know from my mother’s training, that these gas bubbles are because you didn’t knead the dough long enough after the first (or second) rise before shaping the bread to be baked. These bagels are kneaded properly. They have a nice outer texture, and the “everything” coating is very tasty.

This was a gift; to my friends! They absolutely loved these Everything Bagels!

The vendor's suggestion of baking the bagels at 400 degrees for 4 minutes really increased the flavor and texture. They're rather expensive.
