I use Cetaphil cream and shower gel quite a bit for sore skin (along with Aveeno & Gladskin) To get this in a roll on that does not need to be kept in the fridge was great. Just a great handbag size and convenient for additional discrete hot spot applications through out the day. The cooling roller ball really does have a soothing effect reducing the temptation to scratch. Easy to apply without mess. Sadly I have not been able to order it again, it never comes up in the Cetaphil / order again searches. My only and original purchase (to date) has lasted a long time.

Best eczema cream I feel. My first time using it. It is not thick or gooey. It doesn’t leave my skin with a shiny surface/texture. It either absorbed or evaporated but most importantly I don’t feel the itch. Good cream, not sure how long the protection lasts.

After lotion, I put this gel on the backs of my hands and then wear white cotton gloves to bed and it helps relieve and soothe my knuckles and skin from the dry and cold winter, especially with a lot of dishwashing.
