For those of us who are lactose sensitive, that last part is a bigger deal than it sounds. The nutrition profile is where things get really interesting. 20g of protein, only 1g of sugar, and a calorie count that fits neatly into a fitness-forward lifestyle. It's the kind of label you'd expect on a clinical supplement, not something that actually tastes this good. I've been reaching for one of these post-gym instead of mixing a powder shake, and I genuinely don't miss the shaker bottle. The can format is a nice touch too — feels more premium than a plastic bottle, chills quickly in the fridge, and is easy to toss in a gym bag. It also travels better than you'd expect. If there's one caveat, it's that the chocolate flavor, while great, is on the lighter side — this isn't a thick, decadent shake. Think refreshing over indulgent. Really good flavor, tastes just like cocoa puffs cereal to me and has really good level of protein and low sugar. Only slight downside is that it can be a little chalky and sometimes the chocolate sinks to the bottom. I like to mix it with milk and sweetened black coffee and it is a really good protein drink in the morning, the coffee version of this drink has too much caffeine for me

This is one of my favorite ways to get extra protein. It tastes good, is filling so I'm not craving other food right away, and is nice and smooth but not thick like other protein drinks. It's a little pricey, so I don't allow myself to buy it too often, but it is a nice treat when I can work it into the budget.

I LOVE the milk chocolate shakes. They tastes very good like a hot chocolate but healthy lol. No after taste at all. The only issue that has happened for the first time is I ordered the 12 pack of just milk chocolate and they sent me the variety pack with the milk chocloate labels.. I don’t like these other flavors. But I got a refund so I will reorder the correct one

I have a subscribed to this protein drink because I believe it is very good quality. I really like the flavor but the consistency is very thin. I would not use this as a meal replacement as it’s not filling per se but it’s a good protein supplement.

UPDATE: After I posted my review I was contacted by the company and asked if I’d like a full refund. I said yes that would be great. I received a email saying a refund is being processed to my credit card. I really appreciate them doing that because they didn’t have to. Even though their product didn’t work for me I totally respect the company and appreciate their great customer service. I would rate their company and their customer service 5+ stars. Let’s start with the things I like about this protein drink. I like the protein content in the drink and that it doesn’t have a lot of toxic ingredients in it like others do. I like the fact that the sugar content is low also. Now the things I don’t like about it is the taste. I noticed it had Stevia in it, but I also noticed it had monk fruit sweetener in it which I like, I’m not crazy about Stevia, but I thought I would try this anyways and I think it tastes horrible. I could taste the Stevia aftertaste and honestly it’s not very chocolatey compared to the other chocolate protein shakes I’ve had before. I really wanted to like it because it was pretty expensive for my taste, but I just don’t like it.

Omg so yummy, I’ve only tried the chocolate so far but strawberry is my next target 🎯 . To me it kinda tastes like a hot chocolate but cold.. like that same rich chocolate flavor. It was not chalky at all and no bad aftertaste and believe me I’m suuuper picky. -from a girl with a huge sweet tooth.
