Having spent a lot more money for much less product I decided to try this one. I figured for the price it was a cheap experiment. I am happily surprised! The quality is very good, way better than I expected. There is some debris but not much. The overall size is small with some larger chunks. The overall scent is very good of quality frankincense. It burns well (although I much prefer the scent when warmed over a tea light compared to burning it on charcoal). Some reviews are saying that the quantity is small. I disagree because mine was definitely a pound. I really think you should try this brand for warming it as incense. I cannot attest to its suitability for any other uses but as a great room freshener I really recommend it!

I love burning this resin. The smell took me a few days to get used to, but now I can not start my day without burning this resin. My only complaint is that on top were large pieces of resin, but about a third of the way through the bag, it was filled with a lot of small crumb sizes of resin. I don't mind so much, but it would be nice if there were consistency in size. But I do understand the harvesting technique so and it is a natural product, so perhaps it can not be helped.

Before I was even going to open the package I could already see through the opaque plastic there were many many small white and yellow pieces which was disappointing because I expected consistent medium pieces and I got all three small, medium and big pieces which each having their own problems. There were many decent looking ones but my main problem was with consistency. Medium and big pieces had bark and sticks stuck to them and I even found a random piece of plastic in the bag (which makes you wonder if they're even doing decent quality checks). As I've also attached a photos to this review there was a huge piece of resin and I have no idea how it formed or how it got by and put into a bag but I wouldn't be surprised if the quality has failed for many others but you get what you get with the price I paid. Just expected something better if you're going to be selling incense at this value. I'll also have to write a disappointing review to the charcoal disk seller because so far the disks I've used are having burning issues. Value for money is I'd recommend paying a bit more from others who don't sell disappointing packages of issues. The burning of these incense give me a headache and don't burn right.
