The jack arrived well packaged. I purchased the 5 ton model. Assembly was fairly simple and quality, fit and finish was good. It came with two separate male air fittings so you can choose the adapter which fits your chuck. It did not include thread tape/sealer which I recommend to avoid air leaks. In addition to my other vehicles I wanted to use this under a late model Hyundai Elantra which is fairly low and was concerned that the jack would not fit. Other reviews and YouTube videos stated a higher minimum height but the jack lowers to the stated 5.5 inches and worked perfectly. You may have to press down on the top of the air bags with the red valve open to get it all the way down initially. I'm happy with the over quality and function especially considering the price which is less than most smaller budget floor jacks. I have a very nice Arcan floor jack but it weights 80 lbs or so and this jack is much easier to maneuver and much faster and easier to operate. I can't comment on longevity but after assembly and the first use, I really like it. As an add-on comment: I designed a two piece handle cover that can be 3D printed and posted it on Thingiverse for those interested. Much more comfortable. Fits perfect and is something that should really come on the jack but for some reason doesn't.

I’m very pleased with this purchase. The jack (5-Ton) arrived today. Assembly took all of 10 minutes. I opted to run the air hose as shown in the photo, even though the lower handle was notched to avoid any potential pinch points. I did not need to cut off any of the hose, as the length was perfect for my chosen assembly method. I used my own male air inlet fitting, simply to match all of my existing equipment. My only knock on the jack is that the transport wheels are plastic. I’m not sure how long they will last given that my driveway is exposed aggregate. I may upgrade to steel wheels if they begin to fail over time. Overall, I’m extremely satisfied with this product! It lifts my 1-Ton Duramax Dually, easily. I highly recommend it! 😀 As a side note to several other reviews I have read; The jack handle is plenty strong…the only load it must carry is the jack itself. It is completely adequate! Also, there were a few reviews that complained about the air valve handles being difficult to operate due to needing to be turned inward on the handle assembly…the valves are 1/4 turn ball valves and the valve handles will rotate 180 degrees. They will operate in either perpendicular position. See photos.

Far from perfect, in a few ways. However, it's so powerful and jacks up so fast, it's scary. Set-up, dragging it into position, dragging the hose out & hooking it up, is a chore sometimes but imo, so far, well worth it. It was not that cheap. And, I'm afraid, given the ambiguous LONG Chinese history of sub-par part quality and lack of quality control, that a simple seal or design flaw could render the jack useless in the middle of its next task. Even though it "feels" solid, you never know. Would I recommend it for a professional? No, of course not. Although cool to have for anyone in many situations, it just doesn't have that longevity feel or a necessity that I would proactively seek out as a pro. For the occasional user, I would recommend it for sure. Hopefully, 5 years from now it's still working. Then, I can confidently say it was cost-effective as well as useful. Fingers crossed.

I use this several times a week since purchasing. So much better than having to roll out the 2 ton jack. This unit is heavy. Nice think plate on base for using in gravel, sand and uneven ground. Lifting time is only a fraction of time versus the normal jack. Whether it’s a normal compressor, portable air tank or my Milwaukee air compressor, it’s a time saver! Time will tell about the runber ballasts, but even the plastic base on top of them has taken a beating and is still in one piece; no chipping. There have been a few times that the ballasts have gotten a bit sideways and slightly bonded while rising, but not enough to cause an issue or unsafe condition. About to purchase a larger unit for some heavier equipment I work on. I have left the ballasts full of air, on the frame of a 4th gen Ram 2500 and for several days it did not lose psi. I use traditional jack stands as a safety measure, but no issues when checking to see if they have had to hold the weight of the ballasts lost air. Paint is still looking great, even if left out many times in the Florida sun. Now, if only they could create a safety mechanism to do the job of traditional jack stands, you wouldn’t be able to beat these things. It would also help create more room when working; some spaces are too tight when using the bags and jack stands in the same work space under equipment.

This product works great. Been using it to lift cars and manufactured homes. Three jacks easily lift one side of a 68x16 home. Also used to lift a 14x80 trailer house with ease. Much faster than hydraulic jacks.

This item worked great. My husband was surprised how easily it was to put in place and how quickly it filled with air. It made changing tires so much easier and safer.

Dans des commentaire certaines personnes disaient qu'ils regrettaient de ne pas l'avoir acheté plus tôt eh bien c'est bien resumé on l'adopte tout de suite. Le seul élément qui me chagrine un peu c'est le broutement à la levée ou la descente. Je lui ai mis un peu d'huile dedant pour adoucir ce bruitement ce n'empêche en rien a son fonctionnement.

this thing is a beast, i love it. i have used it for car, truck, rv and even used it to level out implement shed. my farm jack would not lift even my 2 ton bottle jack would not lift shed. this jack had no problem. the only thing that is an issue and that is with all jacks it that if what you are lifting shifts it is not good. the lift through its construction is made to go straight up and straight down. there is a little forgiveness but if too much the "piston" inside binds and jerks as it goes up and down.

Have a 3 ton one and this is bigger and looks quite a bit more heavy duty we use for camper so wanted somthing bit more heavy duty and this def does the job and feel more confident with it
