Will this base fit on any of the Cobra 2 iFootage monopods ?

By looking at it, I think it will work I have a tripod I don’t have the cobra to by the looks of it it should work the little bottle attaches to the camera. They are standard size and the tripod has two bolts. One inside the other you can use either or.
